First of all, there is NO swimming pool at the campsite. The pool shown in the advertisement is actually a public pool operated through a partnership. What makes this even more misleading is that the very first photo in the listing is the pool, creating the impression that it belongs to the property. This is clearly false advertising. When we raised this issue with the person responsible, instead of taking responsibility, they blamed Booking.com. However, the same misleading information and photos are displayed on their own website. This shows a complete lack of transparency and accountability. Be careful, as these are irresponsible hosts who seem willing to jeopardize other people's vacations with deceptive marketing. On top of that, the access roads within the campsite are extremely narrow, steep, and in poor condition. It is not practical or safe to move around on foot. The accommodation itself was dirty upon arrival, the kitchen utensils appeared poorly cleaned, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the property. The mattresses were very soft and offered virtually no comfort, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The shower had good water pressure, and the air conditioning worked well (although it comes at an additional cost). Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of our stay. I absolutely do not recommend this place. There are far better campsites and hotels in the area. Don't make the same mistake we did and be misled by the advertising.

On enquiring we were told you couldn’t book so turn up before midday to get a pitch . We arrived at 10 and had the choice of 6 pitches - got a great one in the shade . We loved this site , clean , tidy , good facilities but the real bonus is its distance from San Gimignano- 5 minutes on the bus which stops right outside the campsite or walk which takes 25 mins . San Gimignano is stunning . We had 2 nights and that was plenty to see everything . The only really annoying thing is the Campsite is right next to a big football stadium/ pitch with huge floodlights , if you are that side of the site - the two nights we were there they start playing at 9pm n finish at midnight - so not very peaceful . That said it would not deter me from staying again as it’s a fantastic location

I had an amazing time at this beautiful place. I discovered it through Google, and even before arriving, the communication was excellent—smooth, prompt, and very reassuring. I stayed in the trailhouse with the patio, which I absolutely loved. The food at the restaurant was fantastic and very affordable (I may have overdosed on pizzas 😄). The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the scenery on the walk to San Gimignano was absolutely breathtaking. Highly recommend!

A big disappointment… We were really excited to stay at Camping Boschetto di Piemma, but unfortunately, we left after just 15 minutes. The bungalow was nothing like the photos – it smelled bad, felt completely empty, and lacked any warmth or comfort. Even though the campsite was nearly empty, they gave us the bungalow farthest away. To make things worse, the pool isn’t even inside the campsite, which was a big letdown. We had hoped for a peaceful and pleasant experience, but it just wasn’t what we expected. Very disappointing. Your response says far more about your character. We stayed for less than 20 minutes, and we only received a partial refund — not a full one. Instead of accepting honest feedback, you chose to insult your guests publicly. That speaks volumes about your professionalism. You’re clearly more interested in defending your reputation than improving your service.. I will notify booking.com as the information they gave us is completely wrong.

If you are looking for a relaxing time expecially in evening time, this may not be the place for you. The football pitch being direct neighbours with the camp site, you will not relax because there is so much noise from trainings. Training starts in the late afternoon with kids and after its the men's... at least speaking for the main camping floor as well as the pitches on the side. You may experience a more pleasant stay when further back on the campsite. Some places are very brightly lightened which serves you for seeing better at night but it destroys any cozy mood that you might had planned. I had a lesser good experience with the reception because they were not very welcoming. Nothing personal but I think this could be improved. The campsite in it's whole is beautiful because it is surrounded with nature. The bathrooms and toilets are kept very clean but it is very basic.

The tent area is conveniently located near the restrooms and showers, and it features beautiful trees that offer much-appreciated shade 🌳 On the downside, it’s also close to the restaurant, which can get pretty noisy 🔊 The showers and toilets are clean and spacious, with soap and toilet paper provided — a definite plus 🧴🧻 The pool, however, is located outside the campground, which isn’t ideal. While entrance is free for camping guests, you’ll need to purchase a swim cap if you don’t already have one, and the cleanliness of the pool could be better 🏊‍♂️ Overall, the campground staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay more pleasant!

Not what we expected… We were really looking forward to our stay, but sadly we had to leave after just 15 minutes. The bungalow was completely different from the pictures – it had a bad smell, felt cold and empty, and lacked any charm. Despite the whole campsite being almost empty, we were given the most isolated bungalow. Also, the pool is located outside the campsite, which was very disappointing. We expected a peaceful and relaxing place, but unfortunately, it didn’t feel welcoming at all.
