These are nice apartments in very centre of Santiago, almost next to main chatedral square. Rooms are nice, but when there is hot season then sun is right to windows and rooms get very hot, no air conditioning. Owner should give at least a fan in room to survive. All access is handled digitally - door codes sent to you, you almost never see anybody.

The staff was incredibly impatient, with facial expressions and a tone of voice that showed total indifference and annoyance. Furthermore, no one replied to my messages on the booking site.

This hotel is in a great location just off the main square. The room had a lovely little balcony looking on to a quiet street. The room was clean and the shower had constant warm water. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.|Would definitely stay here again.

You can not get better service, location, or price in the city. You are steps from the cathedral, without late night noise to keep you up. The hotel is modern and updated, while maintaining original elements. The staff are open and friendly, providing local recommendations and directions. They really bend over backwards to make you feel comfortable.

Clean and comfortable hotel just 5 min walk away from Cathedral! Perfect location for exploring and getting lost in all the alleys of Compostela. It is automated so there is no staff on site, access codes for room were emailed. No AC, but was cool after using a fan with open window.

I was sooo impressed with this hotel and had a lovely stay in it. It’s literally a stone’s throw from the cathedral (we could see it from our window) so a perfect spot to land at after a long walk. The building is a renovated antique building with stone details still preserved (for example a stone fireplace in our room!) which really added to the feeling of being immersed in history in Santiago de Compostela. The staff is super friendly and even assisted with sending a package home to me after I forgot my souvenirs. I thought they were gone but the staff contacted me and we managed to ship them. All in all a superb experience that I would recommend to everyone!

Mixed views of this hotel. We arrived tired and laden down with our bikes and bags having just done the Camino. Staff were initially quite rude and told us no bikes. Eventually a younger staff member explained that we could take our bikes to post office for storage. They didn't offer to hold our luggage so we walked with everything to PO. Came back and was shocked to see room price had gone up £134. We had a very small room overlooking the front. Very clean but compact. No air con, Windows out on to main walkway so very noisy but once shutters down kept out noise. Toiletries is a bar of soap and a sachet of shower gel not enough for even one shower. No tea or coffee making facilities. Bar below but it was quiet by about 10pm. Alot of money for what we got but it is very central- 2 mins from cathedral. Staff could be more pleasant.

No hot water the entire 2 days and nights and no response from company after multiple attempts to reach someone. very basic room… 1 long pillow for 2 people to share on bed… small towels… this would be acceptable but expensive lodging for what you get. Location is excellent tho if you don’t need hot water!
