Las Hayas is certainly one of the best hotels we have stayed at. We stayed at Las Hayas for five nights in late March, and the staff, the rooms, the dining facilities, and the views all were excellent. The hotel staff were friendly and kind. They went to great lengths to help us. When we told a hotel employee that we were having trouble finding an item at the pharmacies in Ushuaia, the employee, during her off-duty hours, went to a pharmacy and bought the item for us. Special thank yous to Micaela, and also to Emilia and Nicolas, all of whom were extremely helpful. Our room was excellent as well. The room was large, and the bathroom area was spacious, with a whirlpool tub. The mattress was firm and we slept very comfortably. The dining facilities were outstanding. Their breakfasts featured a variety of items, and all of the ones we ate were delicious. We enjoyed a fine dinner at the restaurant, and a couple of excellent meals in the lounge. The views from our room were spectacular. From one window, we had a fantastic view of Ushuaia and the Beagle Channel. From the other, we had a close-up view of the nearby mountains. We strongly recommend Las Hayas to anyone visiting the Ushuaia/Tierra del Fuego area.

Terrible experience... Far from being a 5-stars hotel... First, breakfast... It looks like the breakfast of a 2-stars road hotel... Its difficult to understand that there are no eggs options... Always the same soggy scrambled eggs... somo hams and cheese... and a lot of bread... That's it. Second, they offer a spa to relax after skiing. Far from being this way... It's a small space, absolutely crowded and noisy... We counted up to 40 people at the same time... And the pool is full of hairs, which is disgusting. Finally, we got a room in what looks like the hotel's basement. There are only 3 rooms with a near to freeze corridor and next to kids spaces, thus its extremely noisy. The hotel is not cheap and we had very high expectations... Sadly, they were not met... We suggest you to avoid this place...

Perfect hotel. The price is high, but reasonable. Very friendly staff. Tidy rooms. Perfect breakfast with wide varieties of food. Amazing views from the rooms on harbour. Surely will stay in Las Hayas next time in Ushuaia.

My husband and I stayed at Las Hayas for five nights in late March. Everything about our stay was excellent. This is definitely one of the best hotels we have stayed at. From the other, we had a close-up view of the nearby mountains.|I highly recommend Las Hayas to anyone visiting the Ushuaia/Tierra del Fuego area.

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel, it has a great location with good views over the Beagle Channel. The room was large and comfortable with a good laundry service. Breakfast was adequate and the food in the lobby bar/restaurant good. Very pleasant stay, would definitely recommend it.

It is an excellent choice for travelers seeking comfort and world-class views. Arrival and Service:|The check-in process was remarkably efficient; we were settled in our room within five minutes of arrival, with our luggage delivered promptly by the staff. The team was professional, attentive, and fully bilingual in English and Spanish, making communication effortless throughout our stay. Accommodations and Scenic Views:|Our room provided an unobstructed, stunning view of the bay. A highlight was the ability to fully open the windows to appreciate the mountain air and the vibrant sunrises over the Beagle Channel. Nestled on a hill surrounded by trees, the resort offers a front-row seat to the local snow-capped mountains. While we didn't hike to the top of the nearby Martial Glacier, the resort’s location makes it easy to visit the base and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Dining and Atmosphere: Breakfast: The morning service offered a wide variety of high-quality options, catering well to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences. Lobby and Terrace: The common areas are beautifully designed. The lobby features several comfortable seating areas and an on-site restaurant perfect for drinks or snacks. We particularly enjoyed the terrace, which allows guests to fully immerse themselves in the surrounding landscape and the crisp mountain air. Conclusion:|Las Hayas Resort exceeded our expectations. Two highlight of the trip: 1) if you stay in rooms 201-206 you would have problems to sleep because of extremely noisy generator and when u ask to change room they will, but in morning you will need to come back to original room and in evening again - extremely awkward… 2) breakfast service is all over and depends on mood of service team - from no service to ‘you must wait to be served’ service Rooms are good and place is decent however total experience is miss

Very peaceful, gorgeous views and the best part is the service. The rooms are warm and confortable and if you desire you can open the windows to feel the cold. The spa is very nice, has a heated swimming pool, 2 indoor jacuzzi and one outside (where I had a great time watching the snow felling from the hot water). The food is ok, very gourmet for me that I was looking for simple bbq food but maybe for people they are looking for a gourmet experience is better. Not a 5 stars, they don’t provide you with more than shampoo, conditioner and soap on the room. Other 5 stars the offer more than this, but I definitely would come back here and recommend it. Thank you so much
