I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I stayed in one of the small double rooms with a 140 cm bed and my own private entrance from the beautiful courtyard. The room had so much character and charm, while the bathroom was modern, fresh and very comfortable. The breakfast had everything I could have wished for, with a great selection of fresh food. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The location is perfect. It’s just a short walk from plenty of restaurants and everything Visby has to offer, yet the hotel itself is tucked away in a peaceful and quiet area. I slept really well and would happily stay here again.

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel St Clemens. Hotel staff are professional and very friendly. Breakfast is a delight in a lovely breakfast room. The hotel is situated next to the St Clemens church ruins and across the DBW's Botanical Garden.

Really lovely, quirky, historic hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond when we needed help with something. |The bed was comfortable and we slept well.|The hotel is ideally situated to visit the gorgeous town of Visby.|Make sure you try their own blend tea, it's delicious.|Breakfast is appetising and well presented.|On the Saturday our daughter was married in the St Clemens church attached to the hotel and it was a fairytale setting.|We would stay again.

Having your own “private” ruins, along with the best hospitality of fresh hot pancakes, more than enough food to go around all the time, great fresh food in breakfast, in addition to the amazing location next to the plaza and the cathedral - had a blast and will come again.

Very good location, just across the street from the botanical garden. It also has cosy outdoor areas to eat breakfast or have an afternoon drink. The rooms have been nicely renovated in a tastely manner

Thank you for the incredible memories created at your lovely establishment. I can't imagine that there is anything better in Visby. The staff is incredinble, breakfast amazing, the public areas for socialising or having a glass of wine is amazing. Choose the superior twin room.

Very warm welcome upon arrival, the reception lady introduced us the city, spots for sunset and some restaurant recommendations. what makes this experience even better is that she offered us some free vouchers for the ferry’s breakfast when she acknowledged that we can’t make it to breakfast included for the next day. Overall 10/10 experience.

A Fantastic Experience in the Heart of Visby|We had a truly wonderful stay. The hotel is beautifully maintained and features stylish, boutique-inspired interiors full of charm and character. We were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, which we greatly valued. It also helped us decide on the perfect room to book next time. The team were warm, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was a highlight—generously served from 6:30am, which was ideal given my husband’s early starts during the week. The daily Fika, with complimentary coffee and delicious homemade pastries, was another thoughtful and memorable touch. The hotel’s location couldn’t be better—centrally situated in Visby, just a short drive from the airport and within walking distance of all the key sights and attractions. We’re already planning our return next year. Absolutely recommend this hotel!
