Trip.com· 3 months agoMy review would have been much harsher at the beginning of the trip, but the hotel did grow on me over the 2 weeks my husband and I stayed there. The hotel isn't in the best location, the first room we stayed in had cobwebs, a broken toilet seat and broken lights with no windows, and breakfast there is always the same set (eggs, croissant, coffee, mini sausages and ham). We ended up switching rooms to a suite and if youre going to stay here, don't even bother with the regular rooms. The suite has more space, better lighting with a real window, a washing machine and a balcony. Its much better and not much more expensive than the single room. We ended up going to Fiji mart and Tops grocery, stocking up in some basics and making the suite feel more like a tiny apartment and had a way better time. The guy who works in the cafe is so sweet and remembered our breakfast preferences and the maids clean the room very quickly. As far as a budget stay goes, it was alright.

Right in the heart of Bangkok, this hotel allowed us to hit the train with a free ride from the hotel which made it easy to see pretty much all the malls, Chinatown, all the temple parks and It's a 10-15 min walk to a main street full of restaurants and massage spots. The hotel has a nail salon at the bottom, there is also a massagebspot and a few bars near by. Overall the room service was great, out room had a living area and a kitchen with a door to separate the room with the bed so it was very convinient for working. 100% would stay here again

I believe I got upgraded since there's a kitchen, washing machine, and a couch.Cons: The showerhead location is a bit awkward, it should be higher. Hot water was weak. Wifi signal is almost non-existent in the bedroom.

Trip.com· 5 months agoOverall, my stay at this hotel was quite good. The room was comfortable and decent, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. It was clean enough and the space was suitable for relaxing after a long day.One thing to note is that there is no bellboy service here, so it’s better not to expect assistance with luggage. If you have many bags, you may need to handle them by yourself.Parking is also quite limited, and there were a lot of cars, so it can be a bit difficult during busy times. However, I was still lucky enough to find a parking space, which was a relief.Despite these small inconveniences, the overall stay was still comfortable. If you are mainly looking for a practical and decent place to stay, this hotel is still a good option.

Google· 2 months agoThe deluxe rooms are great for 5 days at best and then it feel suffocating if you don't go anywhere and stay in your room all day. The service lady is wonderful. Would recommend people to stay here. They have service appartments also

Google· 3 months agoThe room was dark with a very old and loud AC, small uncomfortable sofa as well. Worst part, was the water. It was either boiling hot or cold, nothing in between. We stayed here for 3 night and I personally can’t recommend that hotel. Especially since the entire staff is objectively rude and careless to all the tenants and most likely strategically tries to keep the safety deposit, pretending they don’t remember.

Trip.com· 6 months agoI like this place very much. The room was comfortable and well-designed, with a big TV screen that made the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast is always included, which is I am not very contented.The staff are friendly and helpful, though the management could be improved. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, but it’s still acceptable.It would be even better if breakfast wasn’t mandatory, as not everyone may want it. Overall, I would still consider coming back to stay.

Google· 10 months ago⭐️ 1 star, If I could give zero, I would. Probably the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. Please reconsider before even thinking about making a reservation here. Communication was terrible from the start. We booked two rooms and requested early check-in. The day before arrival, we called to confirm and were told it would cost 500 THB per room, which we agreed to pay. On the day of arrival, we called again to double-check availability, only to find out that the price had suddenly increased to 700 THB, despite being told a different price just less than 24 hours before. When we asked for an explanation, all we got was an unclear answer about “high season.” If that was the case, why wasn’t it mentioned the night before? The receptionist’s attitude made the situation even worse, rude, irritated, and dismissive, as if we were bothering her. She brushed us off and said: “If you don’t want it, come check in at 14:00.” No eye contact, no courtesy, nothing. Completely unacceptable. We reported this to the manager, who apologized and admitted the staff were not trained properly. The manager assured us our rooms would be ready at 14:00. We returned at 14:10, only for the same receptionist to incorrectly tell us that our booking did not include breakfast, even though we booked a plan with breakfast. Again, no effort, no professionalism. Then, despite being promised that both rooms were ready at 14:00, we arrived to find them NOT ready. After speaking with the manager again, we were told the rooms would be ready at 14:20—but we couldn’t get into them until around 14:30. How is this acceptable for a hotel of any standard? This was way beyond simple mistakes. The amount of miscommunication, attitude, and lack of professionalism is unbelievable. This will definitely be my last visit.
