This is a new hotel, facilities are spotlessly clean, modern, and intuitive to guests. Staff are wonderful and helpful, and they helped me get settled in despite my midnight arrival. The ambiance is overall tasteful and inviting. Special to Satish, Santosh, and the wonderful staff of the hotel. They spared no effort in making guests feel welcome. Food choices for breakfast and supper are varied with local and western favourites. Breakfast was a particular highlight, featuring food from around the subcontinent, and daily selections are rotated - making breakfast something of a welcome surprise to look forward to.I will be back.

We stayed at the Grand Mecure Agra for a night before visiting the Taj Mahal. 10/10 for everything. Service from the moment we arrived till when we left was 5 star service. Included in our room was breakfast,lunch and dinner at the buffet and all meals were excellent quality and tasty. The room was the executive suite which was a very spacious and comfortable stay- the only one thing which let it down was noise, from the street and the aircon was load and kept turning off! Other than that the full experience there was amazing and so close to the Taj Mahal for a sunrise visit! If I was in Agra again I would definitely stay here again

The room was clean and comfortable, allowing me to rest well after a long day of sightseeing and enjoy a pleasant stay. The meals were delicious and offered a wide variety, making me look forward to every dining experience. Beyond the quality of the food, the atmosphere—which allowed for a relaxed and unhurried meal—was also excellent.

We stayed at the hotel for one night on 27 September as part of our Golden Triangle tour as B&B and the breakfast was lovely with lots of choices including international. The pool area was nice but step to get out was damaged and difficult and unsafe to get out. Shower was like warm at best. The room was spacious and very comfortable and had a great view of the Taj Mahal. We were next to shops but didn't explore. Staff were very pleasant. Also had a pizza in the bar was good! Overall happy with our stay.

This was my 6th Accor property, and it has now become the pinnacle of 5-star hospitality for me. We were a group of seven people, and everyone absolutely loved the warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness of the staff. A special thanks to Duty Manager Mr. Sohail and the entire F&B team for making our stay so memorable. The location is excellent as well, with a metro station conveniently located right in front of the hotel. You also get a beautiful Taj View from the rooftop. If I had to mention a couple of areas for improvement, I felt that the pool was somewhat small relative to the number of rooms, which could make it feel a bit crowded during periods of high occupancy. I also wish the rooms were equipped with smart TVs. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would gladly stay here again.

A very good hotel in Agra, offering a lovely view of the Taj Mahal. Being able to enjoy the view of one of the world's most famous landmarks adds something special to the stay. The hotel provides a comfortable atmosphere, making it a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing and exploring Agra. The restaurant is also very good, with delicious food to round off the experience. Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting Agra and looking for a comfortable hotel with a memorable view of the Taj Mahal and good dining options.

My visit to Grand Mercure Agra was truly amazing. The food was delicious, the dining experience was excellent, and the swimming pool was clean and refreshing. The ambience was peaceful and elegant, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Zero Noise Level. It Really Value For Money. Location Is Absolutely Perfect It's Nearby Market And Merto. The staff were courteous, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were comfortable, and every aspect of my stay was relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, it was a fabulous experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.
