Situated short walk to the Airlie beach "party" precinct. Rooms were clean and the manager and staff were extremely friendly and helpful rooms were clean and quiet considering the proximity to party town .... On site parking was adequate

This property is unfortunately not fit for a comfortable stay. The overall cleanliness was very poor. There were ants throughout the apartment, along with cobwebs and spider webs in multiple corners, giving the place an unmaintained and unhygienic feel. The bathroom facilities were also disappointing — the taps, even when fully turned on, provided very little water pressure, making it inconvenient to use. Soundproofing is virtually non-existent. The windows let in constant noise from local traffic, as well as loud music from nearby shops, which makes it difficult to rest or relax indoors. The mattresses are of extremely poor quality — they feel worn out and uncomfortable, almost as if they were discarded items rather than proper bedding. Security is also a major concern. The door locks feel flimsy and unreliable, giving the impression that anyone could break in without much effort. This made my entire family feel unsafe throughout the stay. Combined with the lack of maintenance and comfort, the overall experience felt like staying in substandard conditions, far below what one would expect. The only positive aspect of this property is its location, as it is close to the beach and local amenities. Unfortunately, this is not enough to make up for the many shortcomings. Unless you have absolutely no other option, I would strongly recommend avoiding this property

Honestly this place is amazing, super clean, great location and the host Bridget was the most attentive and kind manager I have ever experienced really going above and beyond to make our stay special. 10/10 could not recommend more :)

The property although convenient to the town was quite basic and dated, a bit like Butlins 1970’s style. Although the living room/kitchen floor was clean and so were worktops, the rooms were dusty, The bathroom and toilet floors need a good clean . The pool was small. I’ve stayed in much nicer places in Australia for a lot less than I paid for two nights here.

Great value accommodation, right near the town centre. Shops and restaurants are situated across the road. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable. We also had an ocean view, which was a bonus.

Absolutely appalling. The room was disgusting, dust everywhere, the shower filthy and the bed was dirty with dirt all through it. Patchy internet, tv as old as my grandma, Did not stay the night ended up going home instead of staying. I definitely do not recommend staying here
