We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The room was spacious and very clean, and the views were absolutely incredible. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay, which made everything very comfortable. We also really appreciated all the thoughtful details available for guests, such as books, sunscreen, umbrellas, and useful local information. It made the stay feel very welcoming and well prepared. The host was truly charming — friendly, attentive, and very warm and familiar in his way of hosting. He made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. I would definitely book this place again without hesitation👏🏼

This is a great place to stay in Airlie beach. The location is perfect, close to the main parts of town but far enough to be quiet. The views from the terrace and pool area are amazing. The room is spacious, clean and well equipped with cooking utensils etc. We appreciated the complimentary beach/pool towels, umbrellas, sunscreen and insect spray. The owner is very friendly. The parking was easy and the place easy to find. Overall we would strongly recommend this place to anyone in the area!

I‘ve been here for 2 Nights. It was amazing! The room has Everything you Need and It was super clean. The Pool was refreshing and had a nice View to the Port. On my last day my Bus was going 9pm and I was allowed to use the Pool and the bathroom. I really appreciate that!!! The Owner is so nice, I really enjoyed my stay here. If I ever come back to Airlie Beach I would definetely stay here again. Thank you so much!

We enjoyed a couple of nights here in a studio apartment. The accommodation was very clean with a comfortable bed and adequate kitchen equipment. The shower was good. Each studio had a table and chairs on the shared veranda and the view of the bay, morning noon and night, is absolutely stunning. It’s a very steep hill up from the main road, but a taxi driver was happy to take us home after an evening in Airlie Beach.

We had a lovely stay. The rooms were clean however a little dated with the linen and curtains and there needs to be full dishwashing liquid with new scourer in kitchen for new guests. The afternoon gets nice sun

Our apartment was very nice and spacious, with good kitchen facilities and all toiletries provided etc. The room was quiet at night despite being close to everything that you’d need in Airlie Beach. The view from our patio was also very nice looking out over the sea. Only reason I have taken off some stars is because the room could’ve been cleaner - the floor was a bit sticky (not a big deal) and there were stains on our bed sheet (looked like blood) and also one of the bath towels. We tried to contact the owners via the WhatsApp number provided but got no answer. On the whole was a decent stay but not without issues.

Steep hill only for the fit, facilities old and worn and not sufficient. Ratings on the wall and photos online are mostly from 5-7 years ago, very deceiving. Kitchenware and utensils are dirty and I had to fight with cockroaches day and night, on the floor, on the pillow and in the pool. Machineries and facilities can be very noisy at night. There is no Peter as contact person, only one staff Dean is running it, that's why the check-in time is very late and check out time is very early. Dean had inappropriate language and behaviour towards solo female traveller. Definitely not worth the money.

Sunlit waters provides affordable, clean and comfortable accommodation in a great location in Airlie Beach. It’s an older style motel but given the location, cost, views and facilities this was not an issue for us at all. The kitchen was well equipped if you want to cook in with fantastic views from the balcony. It’s also close to the shops and restaurants and bar venues in the Main Street which we walked to. The reception staff member was helpful and hospitable on arrival and we felt very welcomed there. I would happily stay there again.
