The Hotel is well located. Rooms are very nice, clean and the bed was really comfy. Rooms had Cable and Fans. The bathroom was pretty cool, tiles are like rocks, feels your are in a waterfall, although is missing a bit of an air outlet. It has a parking lot just behind it (with a private entrance to the hotel), for 50Q will keep your car the whole day.- Remember to book your space in advance. It has a nice location (not to near to the Santa Catalina Gate but perfect to walk). Staff was extra friendly and ready to help. It has a nice patio that was lit up at night. Very dreamy. I would stay here again.

Hotel is in a great location. However, we had room #1 which is right next to the street and next to the reception desk. The windows/walls don’t fully block out the street noise. 2/4 nights we were there I had to tell people on the street to keep the volume down. Additionally, the reception desk and front door are right next to room #1, you can hear everything that is going on at the reception desk… even the coughing of the night shift guard and phones playing videos. If you stay here make sure to NOT stay in room #1. They had no other rooms available.

This hotel is clean, hot water and obliged our request for extra blankets immediately. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. There’s also a separately owned restaurant on site which was a bonus when we did not want to go out. We had a room next to the street so until 10 it was slightly noisy but that wasn’t the fault of the hotel, just to warn you to bring earplugs but all in all a great place to stay and a great price!

The room was nice. The hotel was nice and it was very quiet. I think I was the only guest that day as I never seen anyone else during my stay. The only complaint was it seems they have access to the TV as the channel changed several times while I was in the room, and even Netflix came on, and a movie started to play. I did not like that, and that is why they get 4 stars. I opened the door, and a young teenager was in the lobby working watching tv on his phone, so I'm assuming that was him. It happened during the end of my visit, so I let it go. The area is excellent with walking distance to good areas. The room does not have ac, but I did not need it as in the afternoon it was cold and in the am it was cold. Besides the TV thing it really was a great hotel, and the owner needs to address the TV thing as I am sure it has happened to someone else.

Stayed 5 days 4 nights at this very welcoming boutique Hotel while attending a business conference down the street. The Hotel itself is a nicely renovated colonial house and has only 6 rooms making it a very cozy environment. Very quiet and safe part of town, within easy walking distance to most of Antigua. The staff was very attentive and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable.

We stayed here for five nights whilst we were in Guatemala. It seems that many stay in the South West of Antigua where McDonald's and Subway were located, but I am glad that we stayed in the opposite side of the city, where it was quiet. We walked all over the town - even the main market was about 15 - 17 minutes on foot. We had to go to the bank in the Central Park a couple of times, but it was within ten minutes. Breakfast (included) consists of 2 eggs, black beans, fried plantains, and 2 roles (and coffee or juice). We had to leave early twice, so we had breakfast 3 times at its lovely dining area. Very satisfying. When people have dinner in the courtyard, the noise comes right into your room, but normally they leave by 9 PM. 2 bottles of water replenished daily. Staff tried very hard to understand my poor Spanish when Ana was not there to rescue me. We recommend this hotel - cost performance is excellent in my opinion.

The rooms are a small box with no ventilation, no air circulation and not even a fan. You get one tiny window with a "courtyard" view. The shower only got to luke-warm, and they turn the water off periodically at night. I will say that the staff was generally nice and they did their best to make our stay pleasant. We had an evening flight, and the staff did let us keep our bags at the hotel after checkout. This is NOT a luxury place. It is in a decent location so if you just need a place to crash it might be ok for you. We visited in December, so thankfully it was cold at night, I imagine it would be impossible to sleep if the temperature was hotter.

The receptionist provided us with little to no information as to the details of the hotel. We had to prompt every time. The room was clean but the walls are so thin that you can hear anyone who may be making some noise. There is no air con or fan so when it is hot, it is very hot! Breakfast was not included in our rate despite it saying it on our hotel room door and on our confirmation. When asking the staff about it, it wasnt really her problem so meh! I would probably pay extra and stay elsewhere next time as Antigua is beautiful and deserves a better experience.
