We booked a two bedroom condo. The view outside the resort is great, mountain view indeed. The proximity of the resort to main attractions is good. There are hiking trails around and food in downtown Banff was great. With regards to the unit we were given, it was very dated. The floor is carpeted, old, dusty, and squeaky. It was late July 2026 and was hot on the 3 nights we stayed in Banff. There was no AC in the condo, there were very small desk fans in the room and were just not enough to keep the place cool, we had to request for more fans! We paid $800/night taxes included and I think it is not worth this rate at all. The condo smelled rustic and old. I would recommend not to stay here at all, sorry this is just my honest opinion. I would rather stay at Canmore next time I visit Banff.

Front desk Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The evening driver was very kind and helpful. Hotel was easy to access and had a shuttle which was very convenient. The suite is dated but was spacious worked well for our family of four. The amenities were very dated, laundry room is open until 9PM, but the management kept it open a little later so we could finish our load much appreciated. The maintenance on this property, seems to be an ongoing issue, pool stank and didn’t seem very clean, heard guest complaining of plumbing issues. Our unit had a couple of noticeable deficiencies. Big didn’t impact our stay. Very family friendly, spoke with other guests while we waited for our laundry. All felt the property was a good landing pad after long days of exploring the mountains.

Stayed in a one-bedroom unit with three people in mid Febuary, snowing day. The space was cozy and the mattress was slightly soft. But the kitchen was well-equipped with a frying pan, soup pot, kettle, and wine glasses and utensils. The bathroom looked renovated and clean. The staff were kind and courteous. We will love to stay here again during the summer time!

Room was nice and front desk was excellent.Loved the shuttle driver. However we went to the bar for happy hour and they wouldn't even make eye contact with you. So we bought our own drinks for our room and decided not to give them any business. The resort is is old and needs some updating for the price but it was ok.

We had an excellent stay. Some rooms are newer then others but the older ones gave a real cabin feel with wood burning fireplaces and wood floors. Hot tub was great. Shuttle into town was nice to have to avoid high parking costs. Breakfast was so yummy.

Although the room was described as a junior suite in reality it was simply a large motel room with parking directly in front of the accommodation. The heating/air-conditioning unit was below the window and noisy. The beds were large and comfortable. Microwave, coffee maker and fridge were provided but only six small spoons in the draw. The shower was basic but easy to use. TV has limited free to view stations. The sound proofing in the rooms could be better. The hotel restaurant is reasonably priced. The hotel is situated a little way out of Banff village but there is a free shuttle bus provided. Parking is free.

This place is great. It shows its age, but in the way Tom Cruise does. The best way I can describe it is that you instantly feel the thousands of family who have enjoyed staying here, and we are amongst them. The shuttle is efficient and the resort is smart about how they schedule it. The hot tub is hot. The pool is clean. Lots of towels.

We were kindly upgraded to a larger apartment and it was very spacious and comfortable with everything you could want. There’s a shuttle bus into town as it’s not quite walking distance. We used the pool and gym and it really needs some attention as it wasn’t that clean or in good condition. The apartments are also due for a bit of redecoration. Staff m were very helpful, the little restaurant was pleasant and it was convenient place to stay.
