Lovely, clean site with nice landscaping We stayed in a small chalet which was slightly outdated. It was clean and well provisioned with towels, toiletries, outside table & chairs, kettle, toaster, fridge, small hob and all you need to prepare simple meals.10 min walk to bus station and main town of Byron Bay.Good shared amenities too, laundry, bbqs and large kitchen. Shared toilets and showers for campers looked clean and lots available Reception staff helpful, hairdryer available on request. Luggage storage after check out.Small, clean pool. Suited to couples or friends. Didn't appear to be aimed at families.

Not a biggie but ... don't believe reviewers who say it's a "5min walk" or even 1min to the town's centre. Realistically it takes 15min by crossing wide Butler Street and short cutting thru the bus terminal. Just saying. Still handy.

Small 1-bed cabin was great for what me and my friend needed to explore Byron Bay. They had everything we needed for our stay including washing up facilities and pots and pans for us to use all within the cabin. They also had other cooking supplies and washing machines in an out building if needed. Just be mindful that the washing machines are $8 and coin only. The only thing that I felt needed an upgrade was the WiFi.. didn’t work very well!

If you want to go camping come here. If you want a resort experience don’t come here. I rented a stand alone cabin. A cabin is something that is built from the forest. This cabin was a Cross between a tent and an RV Camper. The entire unit is a self- fabricated plastic shed. The plumbing and water pump same as my father’s RV. No privacy here. There are people sleeping in campers and tents all around you. The price is ridiculously high!

FAMILIES BEWARE - you cannot stay here unless your child is under 4yrs old, or have money to burn. Their rule is a maximum of 2 people per site, at any time. I know what you're thinking "but surely a 4yr old kid doesn't count!?". But they do. Oh boy, they do! Anyone over the age of 4 counts as an occupant and, therefore, if you have 2 parents and one child over 4, you need to book 2 sites! That's right - 2 sites for a family of 3. Not just add on a fee, that's not a possibility. You have to book an entire new site for the 4 year old. Yep, at full rate! Yep, for a dependent. I'll let you read it again becasue I'm sure you're thinking you misunderstood: 2 PARENTS + 1 CHILD (over the age of 4) = 2 SITES! We even went to book 2 sites, placing my parents on one, and our family of 4 on the other (FYI our eldest child is 4yrs old). But even then, we'd need to book a third site for the 4-year-old. AYFKM!? I'm sure the absolute peanut of an owner or manager who decided this (probably the same grumpy one that every complains about in their reviews), did so to prevent there being kids in the park. And if so, just label it as kid-free. But I'm calling this a scam and to avoid at all costs - unless you're a couple with no kids, or only one kid under 4. Then all you have to worry about are the myriad of other issues listed in the reviews. Have stayed at over 50 sites around Australia and have never once experienced a park with so many rules and the view that 2 parents with a child over 4 requires a booking of 2 sites. Completely unacceptable and outrageous! But hey, Byron Bay - where you overpay, every step of the way. Try Reflections Clarke's Beach or First Sun holiday parks - great service, immaculate parks and you won't have to book 2 sites.

I wish I’d read the reviews before staying here! The toilets and showers were filthy, and the whole place had a strange, prison-like atmosphere with strict rules and warning signs everywhere. The unpowered sites are basically just car parking spaces lined up side by side, offering no privacy or room at all. To make matters worse, they’re charging $15 for sanitary pads that retail for around $3. Profiting off essentials like that is completely unreasonable.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting a quaint, green park with exceptional staff. The unpowered sites, although close to the road, are surprisingly quiet at night. The facilities are immaculate, with more than enough toilets and showers. I appreciated that each spot accommodates a maximum of two people, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The park seems to attract mostly travelers, which gives it nice quiet vibe. It's unfortunate that every place seems to have that one couple or group who disregard the rules. They park incorrectly, bring multiple children, blast loud music, and fail to supervise their kids. Sadly, it's often young Australians who exhibit this behavior. When confronted by staff, they resort to making excuses and playing dumb, later laughing about how they broke every rule. Thunbs up for staff who have to deal with those people. Aussies, be honest: do you feel proud when tourists respect your country's rules and way of life, but some of you don't? 🤔 It's maybe time for some self-reflection, can’t be so entitled.

Lovely, clean, and friendly caravan park with well-maintained facilities. We really enjoyed our stay and found the park welcoming and well run. A few small opportunities for improvement: it would be great to see some basic food and beverage options and retail essentials available on site, such as caravan chemicals, pantry staples, basic kitchen utensils, and disposable plates, cups, and cutlery. LPG gas bottle refill services would also be a very welcome addition for travellers. As with most caravan parks, early mornings are to be expected, there were young children awake, load and active from around 5:30am, so light sleepers may want to keep that in mind. One minor suggestion would be to upgrade the toilet paper quality, as it was very thin. Overall, a great park that we would happily recommend and stay at again.
