Central Location: Reviews mention the hotel is centrally located in the Medina, with the old city center stairs right in front and easy walking distance to everything.
Breakfast Quality: Several guests call the breakfast the best of their trip, with great coffee and attentive service.

Guests mention

Hot Water Supply: Guests note the water tank only holds hot water for about two people, so larger groups may need to wait between showers.
Room Size: Some reviews mention rooms can be very small and the building has many stairs, so it's worth asking about room size and accessibility when booking.
Noise Levels: Guests mention noise from outside the bedroom windows, so light sleepers may want to request a quieter room.

This hotel literally saved me. It is not possible to over recommend it. First it is centrally located to the Medina. It is prefect for me. The breakfast is amazing. The staff is amazing. The owner is amazing. Unfortunately I sprained my ankle while visiting the Medina. The hotel helped literally to carry me back to the hotel. I could not walk with my twisted ankle. The hotel helped me get medicine, ice, food, etc. I was alone, hurt, in pain, in tears, etc. To have people to help me in my moment of need was a miracle. This hotel is not just a place of business but a home away from home. Thank you.

the owner tries all for you- even hotel is not perfect - room no 1 is very charming and individual nice !! .... even the water heater of shower had a short-cut and I got an electric shock... survived off course - owner forgot to tell, but we in Marokko ... and the room was charming - at breakfast the service is very nice and you get what you want there - great coffee - good parking in front of hotel.... worth the money, so for small budget good to stay - location is great, so everything of village in easy walking distance - not so clean, but for Marokko enough good - masterbed was too small for me - I slept on coach..... very nice at night, because all young boys of town meet in front of your windows and you have to close windows so you can sleep !

The reception goes out and i am waiitng outside in the hot sun for them to return. The rooms are extremely small .not mobility friendly. Have many stairs to walk up . Bad id you have a big luggage. The lady on my forst lady was joy helpful Just keep telling me she cant help me with my luggage and she is not a servant to carry guest bags. So much for customer service. Kitchen you g ladies however are friendly and gave good service.

I like this place simply because the restaurant for its breakfast was the best of our Morocco trip. This place is nice, though. The heaters were hot enough to cope with the bitter cold night of Chefchaouen. Shower time was good, too. But, it’s water tank only holds hot water for two people, you have to wait if you have more than 4 in your party. The location of this place is wonderful! The stairs to visit the old city center is right in front of it.

Very bad experience. We arrived and it was immediately evident that the house was dirty. We were 5 and a bed was missing: on the ad it says "sofa bed" instead it's just a couch. Sheets were dirty with blood and concrete. Dirty bathroom with hair. The owner took money in cash and the next morning cancelled the reservation from Booking so he could not get feedback from us and not pay commissions to Booking.

The hotel is in a central location of Chefchauen (however Chefchauen is very small so where ever you stay would probably be central). We booked a room that could sleep 3 people and got given a big room with 3 bedrooms (sleeps 7), small kitchenette, bathroom and small living room. The room was clean and satisfactory for the cheap price. Although it is quite noisy and a lot going on outside the bedroom windows. There is no aircon however the rooms stay quite cool. I would recommend this hotel to stay while in Chefchauen. Its cheap, clean and in a good location.

After a horrible night at other riad without window, this was a paradise. This hotel is on first drivable road next to medina. Parking nearby so you don´t have to carry your luggage. Nice comfortable room.
