We had a fantastic experience here! The room felt huge, and that magnificent floor-to-ceiling style window gave us the most stunning view. Access to the lounge was a wonderful perk; having breakfast and light afternoon snacks there was so convenient, and the food was consistently good. A lovely, relaxing environment all around.

The location is decent, with the nearest metro station (central station) about a 10-minute walk away. If you rely heavily on public transport, it may not be the most convenient option. We paid a little extra to upgrade to one of the newer rooms on a higher floor, and it was well worth it. The room felt modern and refreshed, with plenty of space to comfortably open three medium-sized suitcases. The overall environment was excellent. If you book a city-view room, you may even catch the fireworks from Tivoli Gardens on selected days. The staff were also friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

Went on a mother’s/daughter trip. We arrived at 8 AM and luckily I booked the night before so we could check right in and we crashed for a couple hours. One of the few hotels that I could find two beds in a room. The rooms were nice and clean. We had a city view and could see the fireworks at night at Tivoli Gardens, which was amazing. The club lounge had complimentary wine and beer and a nice assortment of food in the mornings and evening. The hotel was super walkable to everything and right along the river. The staff was also wonderful. Would love to go back one day.

We had a very wonderful stay here, maybe because we were put in one of the renovated rooms. I feel like the experience would not have been as good in their older suites, so they should definitely hurry up and finish all the renovations. We stayed a couple nights and they always cleaned the room really well. The room temperature was comfortable, easy to set, and the shower worked great. The location is fantastic, being so close to the city’s main central train station and being waterfront. Elevators were also quick when we went there. Would not hesitate to stay here again should we come back to Copenhagen.

On the positive side, the hotel lobby is very nice, the location is fantastic. The lounge was very nice. The food is good, the environment is spacious and comfortable and the staff in the lounge has been outstanding. The breakfast was also amazing, with a wide variety of delicious food choices, real coffee and a great view of the river. On the other hand, the reception team lacked warmth and welcome, the shower in the room is weak and does not drain properly, there are no modern USB charging outlets and the titanium room upgrade was the absolute minimum. The in room amenities are the bare minimum. The housekeeping was also disappointing. Most disappointing was that feedback about the broken shower was ignored. Repairs were promised but never made. Given the extravagant price of the room, it’s quite disappointing.

Beautiful view of the river from our 7th floor room. We chose this hotel as one of the few in Copenhagen to offer two full size beds. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Convenient location, there are always taxi’s outside if you prefer. Walking distance to Anderson Bakery across the river, delicious pastries. Highly recommend.

Marriott Copenhagen is centrally located - 10 minutes walk to the central train station, city hall, and just steps(20) to the riverfront. We stayed here after a cruise. It was a 20-minute ride from the cruise terminal and cost was less than $30 on Uber. Cost to airport was less than $20. It is a massive hotel. Check in could be busy depending on the time of the day. We used the Executive lounge during our stay for happy hour and breakfast. Since the hotel is so huge, there are three rooms in the Executive Lounge. If the main room is busy, walk to the back rooms. The offerings are great, I especially like the cold items. The wines (Dachs) were surprisingly good. Kudos to the team in the lounge for providing excellent services. Everyone was helpful and worked efficiently to clear tables or refill empty dishes. Special thanks to Simon at the check in counter for making our stay comfortable and memorable. While standing in line, I observed how he patiently took good care of guests who were in front of me. When it was my turn, I experienced the same level of care. He was professional and kind. Thank you, Simon. The room was renovated and very spacious, comparable to US Marriott standard. The bed was comfortable. If you like firmer pillows, I recommend requesting for a foam pillow for extra comfort. The room came with two bath robes, two pairs of slippers, and a safe. We enjoyed walking along the river from the hotel to Nyhavn area which is about 35 minutes. My only regret was that I didn’t get to try the sauna and steam room during my stay. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Copenhagen and use the steam room.

The hotel is well situated and close to many public transit stops. Many popular places and the city center were reachable within 20 minutes walking. The staff was courteous and attentive. They provided many suggestions and useful tips. I found some areas of the hotel a bit dated but it didn’t affect my visit in any way. My room was ample, had plenty of space and it had nice amenities. It had a great view of the river. The lounge was a nice perk. They have hors d’ouvre and beverages in the evening as well as breakfast in the mornings and light beverages and snack through the day. The breakfast buffet was good and had a mix of cold and warm items. I would gladly return .
