After a hectic week, I wanted to spend a weekend getaway with my family. It was such a mesmerising and perfect getaway ... Though we were missing activities there but It was really nice the lawns made our day. Rooms are enough spacious and with a good view. Staffs were good and helpful. Recieved great hospitality.

This resort is one of the biggest resort in this locality. They can arrange 2 functions simultaneously because there are 2 marriage halls adequately separated. The are vallet service to help you park vehicle. Food was awesome with lots of variety.

Came here for a marriage function. While the rooms were well decored and clean, the hospitality and quality of food was way below par. Taste was average and leftover items from one meal could be seen placed in the next. There were flies all around near the food. Infact some of the guests also reported of upset stomach after eating here. The staff were slow especially at the chai counter. Location was very average as well.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely unprofessional and their behaviour was rude and unhelpful. Instead of being courteous and assisting guests, they seemed irritated whenever we asked for anything. Basic requests like clean towels and room service were ignored or delayed for hours. What made it worse was the attitude — rather than apologizing or trying to solve problems, the staff spoke in a dismissive tone. This is not the level of service you expect from a hotel claiming to offer hospitality. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable or respectful stay. Management really needs to train the staff on proper customer service and behaviour.
