The stuff is very welcoming and helpful from the entrance of the hotel till check out you are treated like royalty and special thanks to Sathyam bellman who assisted in check in and check out and always smiling. And thanks to Neha for being present in the lobby and immediately assisted us with check out which took less than 2 minutes. Breakfast was nothing but perfect and impeccable service and immaculate resturant. Definitely returning to this hotel again. One of the best underrated hotels in dubai. Thanks for Habtoor management for delivering excellent service to your guests.

We had a wonderful day at this hotel. Very warm and thoughtful service throughout from the breakfast area, Concierge, spa etc. The suite was extremely spacious. A special shout out to Isaac who received us when we arrived and every time thereafter when we showed up at the front porch. The only room for improvement is in the water pressure in the showers. Hot water takes a very long time and water pressure is weak. All told, it was an extremely comfortable and good day.

Location: 10/10 Amazing, and good for our purpose. Just outside of downtown so we escape the ever worsening traffic jam. Pickup and dropoff was along a private driveway with ample space so there isnt a rushed feeling of having to quickly exit or enter the vehicles due to a backlog of cars behind. Dubai was a pretty intense city, so this was truly an oasis of calm.Ambiance and decor: 10/10 but this is a matter of personal taste. Very elegant and oozes old world luxury. Lots of marble, high ceiling lobby, truly a palatial experience.Rooms: 10/10 we were so comfortable we didnt want to leave. Massive beds, lots of space and strong air conditioning. Well maintained and very clean with evening turndown service.Breakfast: 7.5/10 Very good breakfast and very functional. Mainly international and local dishes. Good enough for our purpose. Meal options: 6.5/10 This was a little bit of a letdown as the room service, and lunch menu at the restaurant and lobby lounge was quite basic and we had to search for lunch / afternoon meal options elsewhere. Maybe also because lunchtime traffic is not great.Service: 10/10 every porter, restaurant staff, reception staff, concierge conveyed a sense of warmth, and really remembered my name. Upon seeing us come back to the hotel with shopping bags or crates of local fruit, a trolley was immediately loaded and taken to our room. No questions asked. When we received a delivery just as we were about to go out, the porter immediately offered to take it to our room to save us the trouble of walking back to the room. I forgot his name, but he was from a place called Kandy in Sri Lanka. Special mention also to Isaac.Overall a 9.8 from me. I would stay again.

Stayed at Al Habtoor Palace for a short weekend escape, and overall it was a really comfortable experience. The first thing you notice is how elegant the hotel feels — classic luxury style rather than modern minimal. The lobby and common areas are very well maintained, and everything feels quiet and refined. Room was spacious, clean, and properly serviced every day. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom setup was one of the highlights (great water pressure, good quality amenities). Service was generally good — staff were polite and helpful without being intrusive. Check-in was smooth, although it took a bit longer than expected since it was a busy time. Location is convenient if you’re planning to stay around Business Bay / Sheikh Zayed Road, but not exactly a “walkable” tourist area — so you’ll rely on taxis most of the time. Breakfast had a good variety, but I felt it could be slightly better in terms of rotation if you’re staying multiple nights. Overall, it’s a solid luxury stay with a calm atmosphere. Not overly flashy, but very comfortable and consistent — which honestly matters more.

Went there for dad’s birthday, was the best decision ever. From the moment we got out of the car, till we checked-out, we were always met with kind staff that were willing to help us out, ensuring we were comfortable. The rooms were perfect, as soon as we entered we immediately felt welcomed with the warm lighting everywhere. The layout of the rooms achieved a perfect balance of elegance while also prioritizing a comfortable space to rest after a long, hectic day of activities. An important detail to note was that we were taken back by surprise as to how there weren’t any locks in the main bathroom door, its double door was of frosted glass. The location was great, there’s a lot of space for walking as there’s a creek nearby which is suitable for other forms of physical activity. Around the area we have La Perle, some pubs, and even some restaurants as well. Additionally, attached with this review is a video edit created as a thank you. Please feel free to consider it as a promotional video as well. See you soon! 🫶🏼✨

I booked a one-night stay at Habtoor Palace because I wanted to experience true luxury, but unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations. Usually, luxury hotels contact guests before arrival to confirm their reservation, but I did not receive any call or message. By 7:00 PM, I had to call the hotel myself to make sure my room had not been released to another guest. Upon arrival, I was surprised that there were no welcome drinks or any special arrival experience that one would expect from a luxury hotel. The reception area was also difficult to locate, as it was hidden away in a corner. When I reached the reception desk, I waited while a staff member was assisting another guest. However, after telling me that he was not finished yet, he immediately attended to another guest who had just arrived and provided him with his room key. I then waited for approximately 30 minutes before being assisted, and eventually another staff member completed my check-in. When I entered my room, I was hoping for a memorable luxury experience, but I was disappointed to find that the bedsheet was damaged. In my opinion, the hotel would benefit from renovations and upgrades to its facilities and technology to meet the standards expected of a luxury property. Thankfully, I only stayed for one night. Had my stay been longer, I would have regretted spending my money here. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements and renovations are made.

The hotel was very good and the rooms are spacious and grand. Enjoyed our stay. Since the hotel is very close to V hotel, we also took this opportunity to see La Perle show. A special thanks Mr. Shakoor who made sure our room was cleaned up quickly and surprised us daily with towel origami to welcome us back to room in the evening.

I attended my cousin’s wedding at Al Habtoor Palace on Saturday and had an excellent experience with the valet service. Abdulsalam and Yasir were extremely professional, welcoming, and attentive. Their friendly attitude and exceptional hospitality really stood out and made a wonderful impression. So happy to have met them — they are a great representation of the high level of service at Al Habtoor Palace. Thank you both for the outstanding service!
