A fantastic location, and a fantastic hotel. If you want something a little different and high class, this is where you wanna go. And the service is incredibly exceptional. Don’t forget to let Lee serve you in the Bar dining area. After my first day here, he remembered my name and room number. He knew what I ordered and was always ready to serve.

Taking a two-day trip to Dubai with friends and staying in a duplex room offers a fantastic balance between social space and personal privacy. Staying in a split-level hotel unit gives group trips the feel of a private apartment while retaining all the luxury amenities of a high-end city hotel. Space and Social Dynamics The defining advantage of a duplex room for a group of friends is the intelligent distribution of space. The lower floor usually houses a spacious living lounge, a dining area, and sometimes a powder room, serving as the perfect central hub for the group to gather, play music, or order late-night room service. Upstairs, the master bedrooms and main ensuites provide a quiet retreat away from the living zone. This physical separation prevents noise from echoing into sleeping quarters, allowing early risers and night owls in the group to coexist comfortably without disturbing each other. Privacy and Zero Disturbance For a short two-day getaway, maintaining privacy and quiet time is essential. High-end Dubai properties excel at sound insulation, so despite being located in a bustling urban environment, interior noise stays minimal. Staff and housekeeping strictly respect guest privacy; activating the "Do Not Disturb" (DND) digital indicator ensures full control over your group's schedule, leaving you completely unbothered during down-time or lie-ins. Housekeeping and Room Service Housekeeping teams operate with immense speed and efficiency. When requested, the cleaning crew restores the double-story suite to immaculate condition—replenishing fresh towels, toiletries, and complimentary refreshments without causing unnecessary delays to your itinerary. Combined with prompt 24-hour room service and seamless front-desk assistance, the hospitality team handles all operational details effortlessly. Overall, choosing a duplex room in Dubai for a short group stay delivers the perfect mix of high-end hotel convenience, spacious entertaining areas, and complete peace and quiet

My first time staying here and I faced Worst experience ever. Extremely unprofessional service and severely outdated rooms. Upon check-in, the receptionist named Oumaima tried to asked me to pay a ridiculous deposit equal to the full room rate (700 AED). When I questioned this unreasonable demand, she showed zero flexibility. It was only after I got furious and demanded an immediate cancellation that she suddenly decided to talk to her manager. First, she tried to bargain by lowering it to 500 AED, and when I still refused, she magically waived the entire deposit! Why play these shady mind games with guests? Why stress customers out until the last second before doing the right thing? To make matters worse, the room quality is an absolute joke for what they charge. The place feels dark, cheap, and outdated—more like a sketchy motel than a proper hotel. You literally have to drag the heavy curtains by hand, unlike modern, truly high-class hotels in Dubai like Paramount where everything is automated and actually worth the price. Unprofessional front desk staff like Oumaima, deceptive deposit tricks, and substandard rooms. Do not waste your money here—stay somewhere else.

Only The daytime view is beautiful, but unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of my stay. The hotel is 18+ and not suitable for families. Sharing the entrance with the nightclub is inconvenient, and the reception, housekeeping, and room service fell below expectations. * Valet Parking: My car was involved in a minor accident, which the valet team denied responsibility for. No apology was offered, which was extremely disappointing. * Security Deposit: I was asked to pay a security deposit, despite this not being clearly mentioned in the terms and conditions. This was unexpected and inconvenient. After midnight, particularly between 12 AM and 4 AM, the noise makes it difficult to enjoy a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, this was my first and last visit. I will not be returning.

An Exceptional Standard of Hospitality I would like to express my highest appreciation for the outstanding hospitality and exceptional professionalism I experienced during my stay. While I am genuinely pleased with the entire team and would like to extend my sincere compliments to all members of staff, there is one person whom I feel deserves very special recognition: Faisal at the reception. Faisal represents hospitality at its absolute finest. His remarkable kindness, impeccable manners, attentiveness, and genuinely welcoming nature made an extraordinary impression on me. He is exceptionally courteous, respectful, helpful, and always approaches guests with a level of professionalism and warmth that is increasingly rare to find. He does not simply perform his duties — he has the ability to make a guest feel truly valued and sincerely welcomed. In my opinion, this is precisely what distinguishes excellent service from truly exceptional hospitality. If I were the owner of a luxury hotel myself, Faisal would be exactly the kind of person I would want representing my establishment. Employees with his character, professionalism, and natural understanding of hospitality are an invaluable asset to any hotel. Once again, my sincere appreciation goes to the entire team. However, Faisal deserves my particular recognition and highest praise. His service has been nothing short of exemplary. Thank you, Faisal, for your exceptional hospitality. You are a true credit to the hotel.

⭐ 1/5 — Very Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at V Hotel Dubai, Curio Collection by Hilton. The staff were not friendly or helpful, and the overall level of service was far below what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. The refrigerator in my room was not working, which was already inconvenient. More importantly, I needed to keep my insulin properly stored, and I asked the hotel if they could provide a frozen gel pack to help me keep it at the required temperature. I was told they could not help because the hotel did not have a freezer. For a 5-star hotel, I found this extremely disappointing, especially when the request involved the proper storage of medication. I had originally booked a 4-night stay, but the experience was so disappointing that I decided to leave after only 2 nights. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

Service, staff, and room — all worth it. The staff were welcoming and attentive from check-in to check-out, and the room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. Great value for the price. Will definitely come back! Special mention to their housekeeping ( a guy ) he is very kind and caring.I try to find him and say thank you but I cant find him. Also, their coffee based drinks taste good better than some of well known brand😊
