We had an excellent experience at this hotel! A special thank you to the guest manager” Henna” for the wonderful surprise she arranged for my husband’s birthday. It was such a thoughtful and beautiful gesture that made our stay even more memorable. The hospitality, service, and overall experience were outstanding. We truly appreciate the effort and attention to detail that made us feel so special and welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone looking for an exceptional stay with amazing hospitality. We would definitely love to come back again! ✨

Our stay at Hilton Habtoor was truly wonderful! The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. A special shout out to Emily, Dinupa and Khaing for their outstanding service, warm hospitality, and genuine care during breakfast. They made us feel so welcome and well taken care of. Thank you for making our stay extra special and memorable! We look forward to visiting again soon. ❤️

The facilities are good. The hotel environment is good. The hotel services is good. Room is quite clear and comfortable. It’s very convenient when we want to meet people around that area. Overall is satisfied, we will book again for our next trip to Dubai.

we stayed for one night, we booked 3 bedrooms, the rooms were nice, and one of the rooms had burj khalifa view which we loved. the service was 10/10, Ann that works at the front desk assisted us she was really friendly and she honestly made my day because i loved her energy so much, she has such positive energy. + the service was fast. and there’s this other philipino lady that works at the cafe in the hotel, she was so friendly. honestly the service and staff were amazing. they made our stay more comfortable, and the hotel is family friendly. the breakfast was mid though and while ur in the bedroom u can hear everything outside there’s no sound proof at all. but that shouldn’t stop you from booking with them because it was worth it and i would go back again. also the location is so nice because it’s close to downtown dubai.

Excellent hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and outstanding service. The staff were incredibly kind and professional throughout my stay. I especially appreciated their understanding and generosity when I accidentally broke a bathroom accessory. Their hospitality truly stood out. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City. From the moment I arrived, every member of staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was spotless, beautifully presented, spacious, and incredibly comfortable – everything you could ask for. A special thank you to the valet team, who were always prompt, professional, and friendly. Their service was seamless every time and really added to the overall luxury experience. I also want to give a special mention to Tarun, the Food Hall Manager. He was exceptional throughout my stay. His warm hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests made every dining experience memorable. He took the time to ensure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to provide outstanding service. The combination of excellent accommodation, exceptional customer service, and fantastic hospitality made this one of the best hotel stays I’ve had. I would highly recommend Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City and can’t wait to return. Thank you to Tarun and the entire team for making my stay so special!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional throughout my stay. A special mention goes to Mohammed Hassan from the reception. They made sure everything was taken care of and were always happy to assist with any request. I truly appreciated their warm hospitality and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!
