Deepak Singh and Arnelyn were absolutely amazing! Our room was always spotless, and their service was exceptional. They were so kind, attentive, and accommodating, and we really appreciated that our room could be cleaned at any time of the day. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made our stay so much more enjoyable. We’re very grateful for their wonderful service and would definitely recommend this hotel! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This hotel is always a joy to stay at. Personally, the Abu Dhabi EDITION is still my favorite, but this property is lovely in its own way too. I love how that signature EDITION scent follows you throughout the hotel it immediately gives the place a familiar and luxurious feel. The location is also very convenient, especially being so close to Dubai Mall. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are comfortable and well designed. Overall, another enjoyable stay and definitely a hotel I’d recommend.

Had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The hotel was spotless, well-organized, and very comfortable. The reception staff were welcoming, friendly, and made check-in smooth and pleasant. The valet service and the staff who assisted with our luggage were professional, helpful, and always smiling. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcomed. Thank you for the excellent hospitality—I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

My stay at The Dubai EDITION was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the guest experience was truly outstanding — every staff member was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive to every detail. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, combining luxury with a calm and elegant atmosphere. The rooms were spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, while the location in Downtown Dubai made everything so convenient.

If google reviews can give a rating for a - star I’d definitely rate this horrible hotel with - Far far a way from what hospitality service should be. In the mid of my stay they deducted an amount from my card and never return the money back!!!!’ It’s been more than two weeks!! 25 days and I didn’t see anything is back! Every single time I contact them, I get the same useless response: “Someone will contact you,” “someone will send you an email,” or “we’re looking into it.” Yet somehow, nobody ever actually contacts me. It has now been 25 days of chasing my own money. This is not a minor inconvenience—it is completely unprofessional and frankly ridiculous. If you are capable of taking money from a guest’s card immediately, you should be equally capable of returning it promptly. The complete lack of communication and accountability is extremely disappointing. I should not have to repeatedly call a hotel to ask where my money is, only to be given empty promises every time. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to think twice. Based on my experience, once they have your money, apparently getting it back becomes your problem. So cheap

I had high expectations for this hotel, especially given the reputation of the Edition brand, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The staff were welcoming and polite, however, the level of service did not match what I would expect from a luxury hotel. We had deliveries arrive at the hotel that were left in the lobby without anyone informing us, which was inconvenient and unexpected. The in-room dining was also below standard and was one of the most disappointing room service experiences I’ve had despite staying at many hotels around the world. We booked one of the highest room categories to enjoy a premium experience, but the room itself was not up to standard. The carpet had visible stains, the room felt dark, and the bed linens did not smell fresh. Housekeeping was another major issue. After leaving the room for several hours, we returned to find it had not been serviced. We had to call multiple times before someone came, and even then, the towels were not replaced. There was the excessive noise throughout the night. Doors were constantly slamming, making it difficult to rest. We reported this, but unfortunately no action was taken to improve the situation. While the team was courteous, the overall service, housekeeping, and attention to guest experience fell far below the standard I associate with the Edition brand. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet my expectations, and I left feeling disappointed.
