An absolute 5-star experience at Origins, Vida Hotel! The ambiance is incredibly elegant, and the food is outstanding—the steak was cooked to absolute perfection, and the Penne Truffle Mushroom pasta was incredibly rich and flavorful. What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional, world-class hospitality. A special and heartfelt thanks to MOHID, Nidal, and Shashank Mishra for their professional, warm, and attentive service. They really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back!

Had a really great experience at the property. Overall, I loved everything, from the food and service to the amazing breakfast. A special shout-out to Thomas from the crew, who made me feel very comfortable and prepared an excellent Eggs Benedict that made my breakfast extra special. Kudos to him! 👏 The property is also very conveniently located, just a short walk from Dubai Mall, with direct internal access to the mall. Overall, a fantastic stay and a highly recommended experience!

We had a really lovely stay at Vida Dubai Mall and genuinely enjoyed our time there. The hotel is in a fantastic location, and everything was comfortable, clean, and well looked after. I especially want to mention Mahesh and Ibrahim from the housekeeping team. They were so kind, friendly, and always had a smile. They took great care of our room and were very attentive to the little details. It was really nice to have people who made us feel so welcome during our stay. Thank you to the whole team of Vida dubai Mall for making our stay such a pleasant one. We would happily come back to Vida Dubai Mall again and would definitely recommend it to others.

A beautiful hotel that truly cares about the details, the atmosphere, and most importantly, its guests. The whole team was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Their smiles really made a difference.|When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade without even asking for it.|My friend also contacted the hotel because she wanted to celebrate my birthday with me. The team was so kind and helpful, and they arranged a lovely cake in my room, followed by balloons the next day. It was such a sweet and thoughtful touch. The room was very clean, comfortable, and a good size.I would definitely come back again, God willing. It was a wonderful and relaxing experience. Thank you, Vida Hotel, for making my stay so special! 🤍

This was our first time staying at Vida Dubai Mall, and we were honestly very happy with our choice! The location is excellent you can easily walk to Dubai Mall, which was very convenient for us. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a really nice atmosphere. Our room was a little on the smaller side, but still lovely, and we booked one with a beautiful Burj Khalifa view. From the beginning, the service was excellent. They gave us an early check-in, which we really appreciated, and all the staff we interacted with were polite, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast was good, although it wasn’t our favorite part of the stay. However, I especially want to thank Thomas, the Egyptian staff member at breakfast. One morning, shortly after breakfast hours had ended, I asked him if he could replace a ready-made egg dish because it was mixed with cream and I have an allergy, so I couldn’t eat it. He immediately replaced it for me without any hesitation and was extremely helpful and kind. I really appreciated his service. On the first morning, there was some noise from a neighboring room with children, so I do wish the soundproofing was a little better. Thankfully, the rest of our 3-night stay was completely fine. One thing I absolutely have to mention is the BED! 😍 This was honestly one of the most comfortable hotel beds and pillows we have ever experienced. I usually struggle to sleep properly in hotels, but here I slept incredibly well. The mattress and pillows were SO comfortable! On our last day, they also kindly gave us a late check-out because our flight was in the evening. A big thank you to the gentleman at reception who wears glasses. unfortunately, I forgot to ask for his name, but he was very helpful and accommodating. I also want to thank Naysha at reception. She was so sweet, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. What impressed me even more was that after we returned home, she called us the following day to ask about our stay and get our feedback. I really appreciated that level of care and attention it shows that they genuinely care about their guests even after check-out. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I really hope Vida Dubai Mall continues maintaining this level of service and hospitality. This definitely won’t be our last stay, and we would happily come back in the future! ❤️

I really like this hotel. It’s so new, with perfect location. You could get straight to Dubai Mall through the small car parking, no need to go outside. I like the breakfast, everything was delicious and cooked really fast. A good choice of food. I like the swimming pool. It is so comfortable. Is was 37 degree (Celcius) when I was in Dubai, so hot, but at 6 floor where the swimming pool is so windy and refreshing, I liked it. Before I was in this area in other hotel and there was a pool at 1 floor, it was so hot((( The only thing is waitresses at the pool. Sometimes you need to wait for them for a long time, still can’t understand why sometimes there are no waitresses. Also I liked perfect view from the swimming pool. And I also had a view with a tower at my room window. So beautiful! The service except the swimming pool waitresses is perfect. Planing to come back in this hotel and already recommended to my family.

The facilities at Vida are exceptional. The gym is excellent — spacious, well-equipped, and immaculately maintained, making every workout a pleasure. In fact, the entire sixth floor is a wonderful experience, thoughtfully designed and welcoming from the moment you step out of the lift. The pool area is a highlight, and the lifeguard team is truly outstanding. From the moment we arrive, they are attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly, keeping a close watch on swimmers of all ages, especially the kids, which gives us real peace of mind. Always ready to help, quick to respond, and never intrusive. Their vigilance and warm attitude made our stay relaxing and safe. A huge thank you to the whole team for their excellent service. Highly recommend!
