They communicated well with us prior to check in. We had two 2 bedroom apartments. Both were pretty good. One was missing dinner plates and the ensuites are doorless, so depending who you share with, that's interesting. The pool area us great. Lots of BBQs available and lots of room.

We were in a 2 bedroom apartment was very comfortable if I had any compliant it would it would be nice to have a few carpets square just to break up walking on tiles. The tiles were also high gloss so abit slippery. The location was excellent to shops, beach etc. Overall a good time was had, the pools were really good also and located very close to all apartments. The reception staff were also very helpful.

Just a short walk to the beach and shops made it the perfect location for our family holiday. The pools and BBQ area are well maintained and has something for every age. Our room was a little tired but good for the price.

I booked a stay through Accor Hotels and paid in full months in advance. 2 days before our stay I was contacted to say there was a maintainence problem and our booking was cancelled. Devastating as of course all other resorts at that pricepoint were fully booked. They refunded me fairly quickly howeverI am still waiting for some of my refund.(small amount)|Alternatively I managed to rebook this resort through an agent and the resort is actually very beautiful and the pool area is amazing. Our apartment was very nice but it was privately owned and managed. We were very lucky to be able to book at short notice. Therefore just be careful if you are booking through the resort itself ( Accor).

I just returned from a wonderful trip with my two adult children and their families at this amazing complex! Each family had their own 2-bed apartment with all the amenities we needed. The lagoons were crystal clear and warm, and the spas were a treat. We also enjoyed the BBQ area, which we used a few times. The front reception was friendly and helpful; they replaced a broken kettle right away without any fuss. I would be happy to come back to this wonderful place again!

Overall we had a good stay. Cleanliness of our room didn't meet expectation the carpet might need some attention to help with the smell. TV didn't work for some reason and glass sliding doors didn't lock but it had security flyscreen door that worked. Design of windows are strange with curtains sitting well under ceiling meaning big gaps for other rooms to see down into ours. That actually facilities at Diamond beach were great. Bbq area very clean and pools seem to be looked after. Plenty of seating in bbq area also. Location is great. We were able to park and not use car. Walking distance to everything needed and public transport is really cheap compared to Sydney. Easy walk to tram that goes into surfers. I'd stay again but would certainly ask for a different apartment but it could just be a lucky dip.

Unfortunately the trip didn’t start well as we had a delayed check in due to the room not being available, not ideal when you’ve been travelling for over 8 hours and you’re on time for the suggested time frames. Front desk could be more accomodating. You feel like requesting anything is an imposition. The rooms and outside areas were not very clean, and the couches were very stained and dirty. The sliding doors didn’t work very well and were a struggle to close. The batteries in the safe were already flat when we arrived, the TV system had an overriding update on the screen which needed a separate remote to clear, which we didn’t have access to, so unfortunately the last night we were unable to see much of the screen. Apart from the above, the location is great and the pool area was lovely to be around.

First time staying here in 20 years. Used to stay here with my parents during our family gold coast holidays, now I brought my young family of kids between 2 and 7 and we absolutely loved it. The facilities/pools are still the same but with minor updates. |Our 3 kids loved the pools, even though it is winter they loved jumping into the cold pool. |The heated pool was a constant between all of us and the two spas were a real hit. |Great location, short stroll to the beach and to cafes and restaurants. |We have decided as a family, after many gold coast holidays staying at random accommodation, that this location is the best. |We will recommend this to families of all ages.
