Love this hotel, I wish every hotel carried this standard. So modern, clean and comfortable. It also has a glass elevator where you can see the mountains while going to your room. The mattress was the best thing, it was like sleeping on clouds. The sheets felt super soft, I’ve never noticed this before at other hotels and the duvet was warm and light. Absolutely loved it. My room was facing the street but had a glimpse of the alps. Not noisy at all. The two ladies at the front desk was super helpful. I’m sorry I didn’t get your name but you were the ones on shift on 7 May. Initially I had booked a hotel in the city centre but changed to this hotel because I thought it was more convenient with my suitcases as it’s near the station. Best decision ever! The city is extremely walkable and safe. A short walk into the centre was no problem and was nice as Innsbruck is beautiful. Tap water I was told was drinkable and it tastes fine. The room had a mini fridge and you also get a free welcome drink at the bar if you book via their website. The room was a bit small and there wasn’t much room to put your suitcase. It was sufficient for me as I was solo and I got the most basic room so there may be bigger rooms available. I think it would have been a bit too small for two people and two large suitcases though. Shower pressure was a bit low but the bathroom was clean and functional with a little rod above the shower which can be used to hang your washing which was nice. The only thing I didn’t like was the corridors were a bit dark, they had sensors to wake the light but sometimes if you are not in the right spot, it doesn’t light up and you can’t really see where you are walking. The other thing was there were stairs leading up to my room. It was around 6 steps, the staff at front desk was more than happy to help me with it. There were other rooms that didn’t have stairs so if you have luggage, be sure to ask for one without stairs. The hotel has a locked room for luggage storage if your room isn’t ready. Overall an excellent comfortable stay, I would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you hotel sailer, I’ll be back one day! ❤️

Really lovely family run hotel with obvious attention to detail and guest comfort in a good location. My room was quiet, very clean and faced an inner yard and one of the mountains, a big plus. Lovely feather duvets and pillows, comfortable beds, and a pillow menu, which I utilized to get an additional firmer pillow, slept like a baby every night. Nice shower/bath combo, good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Good food and service in the restaurant and a wonderful, wholesome breakfast with many delightful options. Especially loved the healthy additions (green juice, sprouts, overnight oats, Bircher muesli) and the local Austrian ones. Hotel Sailer offered a real refuge during my intense business trip—I would be happy to return any time. Thanks to the staff for all their assistance as well!

The distance between the central train station and hotel is easy access. Reception staff were very friendly and attentive. There are no kettles in the room but when requested, staff immediately sent to the room. During winter, there is no ventilation in the room and again when told to reception, fans were sent to the room. Rooms were spacious, bright and cozy. One of the room and the glass elevator had beautiful mountains views. The hotel ground level and restaurant had a nice atmosphere and aesthetic settings. The breakfast spread had very less options for Muslim guests but doable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

I enjoyed my overnight stay in this cozy and comfortable hotel. Big room with armchair and desk, separate WC and bathroom with walk-in shower. Good breakfast and excellent dinner in the hotel restaurant. A well-run hotel whose owners and staff do a good job.

Perfect service! My son lost his mobile phone on this hotel on his last day of our holiday. We discovered it on our way back in the train. The staff helped us by sending the package back to our home address. When the package did not arrive, they contacted the Austrian mail service for us and found out where the package had stranded. My son has his phone back and we felt supported the whole process. Thanks to this amazing team!

Excellent hotel within walking distance from Railway station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable stay. Good and clean rooms. Good food. An excellent Turkish coffee shop Cielo Cafe is next to this hotel, who's cheese cake with pistachio sauce and coffee are heavenly and a must try. Swarovsky Crystal Musium is not very far. It is a pleasure to roam around in the city round the hotel.
