Very good property. Good ambience, great food, courteous people serving with smile (specially Vivek at the coffe shop / restaurant). Reception very friendly and accommodative. They upgraded the room with some added complimentary facilities. Housekeeping staff were also very good and courteous. I stayed with my wife for 3 nights 4 days Overall experience was very good.

Disappointing Experience – Not What I Expected from a 5-Star Ramada Property. I am currently staying at Ramada by Wyndham Jaipur, and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. I was informed by the hotel that the property is around 16–18 years old. Honestly, the age of the property and the room size are not my concern at all. I understand that an older property may have limitations in terms of room size or design. My concern is the basic amenities, hospitality, service, and overall experience. When I entered the room, several basic amenities were missing. There was no minibar setup, no toiletries, no slippers, no drinking water, no tissue papers, and no proper dustbin liner in the bathroom. The refrigerator was also not functioning properly. There was no iron/press in the room either, and we had to request one. The television was an old-style TV with regular Tata channels and was not a smart TV. Again, having an old TV by itself is not a major issue — but when you combine this with the lack of basic amenities and services, the overall experience simply does not feel like a 5-star hotel. I am a travel agent and have travelled extensively around the world, including staying at various Ramada properties. One of the things I appreciate about the Ramada brand is that different properties generally have their own unique features and experiences. Unfortunately, this property did not give me that feeling. It felt like I was simply given a room — nothing more. The room has wooden interiors, a table, two chairs and a work desk, but beyond that, the experience felt extremely basic. There was very little attention to the details, amenities and hospitality that I would expect from a 5-star property. For me, the problem is not the room size or the age of the hotel. The problem is the lack of amenities, hospitality, service and overall 5-star experience. I have stayed in many hotels across the world, and honestly, this property did not feel like a 5-star hotel to me. In terms of the overall experience, I have stayed at 3- and 4-star hotels that offered much better amenities, service and hospitality. If you are booking this hotel expecting a proper 5-star experience because of its rating or brand name, I would recommend managing your expectations or considering other options in Jaipur. Unfortunately, based on my current experience, I would not choose to stay here again, and I would not recommend it to travellers specifically looking for a genuine 5-star hotel experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended Stay in Jaipur! Had a wonderful experience at Ramada Jaipur. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The staff was exceptionally courteous, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality truly made our stay comfortable and memorable. The cleanliness standards were impeccable throughout the property, from the rooms to the common areas. The rooms were well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The food was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes with great taste and quality. Every meal was enjoyable and well-presented. The location is another major advantage, conveniently situated with easy access to Jaipur's key attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jaipur. I will surely choose to stay here again whenever I come back to the Pink City. We spent a long weekend at the Ramada Raja park property and enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Stayed in Deluxe rooms and they were spacious and well appointed. Must mention that the staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Their Ala carte menu was also good and a special mention for laal maas and gatte ki subji. Over all a good experience.

complimentary breakfast, the overall value did not quite match the pricing with Rs 14000 per night.The rooms felt overly expensive for the quality offered. The furniture and interiors appeared dated and did not reflect the premium tariff charged. For the price, we expected better upkeep and more modern furnishings.The location and view are not particularly impressive, which further adds to the feeling that the hotel is highly overrated. On a positive note, the staff were polite and cooperative, and service was generally fine.Overall, a decent stay mainly for the food, but considering the room quality, location, and pricing, this hotel does not offer great value for money

Overall, the stay was average. The breakfast was very good, and I especially appreciated Chef Narendra, who personally came to our table to ask about our experience and ensure everything was satisfactory. That personal touch made breakfast memorable. The staff throughout the hotel was courteous and helpful, and the room service was prompt and efficient. However, the rooms were not up to the mark. Housekeeping needs significant improvement, as the cleanliness and tidiness of the room were below expectations. Better attention to room maintenance and housekeeping would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

The service here is great and the staff are kind and friendly. However, there are some amenities lacking in the hotel room, like tissue boxes and the toilet flush is not very strong. Other than that, everything else is great. The breakfast tastes good and special shoutout to Sono, Navratan and Torlay for their amazing service every morning during breakfast :-)
