We traveled with three kiddos 8, 6, and 3. The Circus carnival like atmosphere was great for them so I would give that 4 stars. The casino is older but clean and lots of shopping and things to do. We actually stayed at the hotel overnight and the water park was not working and they only had one small pool open so we were packed like sardines. Not fun at all. The hotel itself to stay is old, and very outdated. This hotel is also at the end of the strip and not a nice area. Hotel gets 2 stars. My advice, bring kiddos during the day for a great carnival day, and stay somewhere up the strip.

Pretty far off the strip. It is conveniently located between the strip and Fremont Street. The hotel's just really old. The rooms are small and pretty uncomfortable for somebody in a wheelchair. The staff was amazing! No complaints about the staff or anything within their control to fix. The hotel could use a major redo in all the rooms. The casino and everywhere else is pretty nice actually. The food that I had at the hotel was actually excellent. Fairly priced compared to everything else again Las Vegas. There's a lot of things for kids in this hotel and I just don't have any kids to enjoy though. My son who is 25 actually did come in and spend some time and he definitely was not impressed with this hotel. He and I are both traveled extensively and I honestly have stayed in Holiday inn expresses that have nicer rooms. Again the staff couldn't be any better. No complaints at all there!

Stayed here while attending a conference at a nearby property. While the room is cheap, you get what you pay for. Clean enough but no housekeeping for the 4 nights. Friendly staff, even gave me a free late check out to assist with the late flight. I will happily stay here again. Lots of families, plenty of attractions, something for everyone. Just not 'fancy'.

Just don't. I stay here when I bring my grandson and have never had any issues but this trip 6-3 through 6-9 2026 will be my LAST time staying here. I booked my room through Circus Circus reservations. Was told the resort fee was included in the rate. Well we get here and I was told I booked through Priceline and the resort fee was not included. I NEVER USE PRICELINE FOR ANYTHING. So now I'm stuck paying because we are here. Well I was not happy but I paid the resort fee. Over $300. Then I asked for a refrigerator for my grandsons medication. They wanted an additional $25/day. Are you kidding me? This is just ridiculous. I refused to pay that. I used the ice bucket and a plastic bag and kept his medication cold. I have an ice pack but cant keep it cold now. I will NEVER stay here again. There are hundreds of hotels in vegas and this is the last time we stay here. You know it's really disturbing when a child needs to keep medication cold and the hotel makes a profit off of that. That is disgusting behavior.

The location is good but definitely not up to par as a hotel. It advertises as a great family place but lacks credibility in person. The rooms were quite dirty & unappealing. There was a dead roach in the bathroom that was sitting inside of the bathroom artwork on the wall. The staff at check In was limited to two clerks. Our room was reserved online a month ago and we did not even get to stay in the correct room booked. They do not offer many cable channels although they say they have 100. The food that was served at big top cafe gave us food poisoning! There was a sulfer / moldy water smell through the whole first floor near the back entrance. Overall the stay for a family of 6 was not a happy one. I could continue to list off all of the things that were unsatisfactory about this hotel but it would be pointless as they would not make up for their lack of service. I do not recommend!

So circus circus sits at the top of the strip. So it's either a lot of walking or you're going to have to drive somewhere and park to get to any of the other places because the strip is pretty long. There was some either water damage or construction damage because there was a lot of cracks in the ceiling and look like water spots. We didn't get our room cleaned. It's like they completely decided to skip us. So I had to call to get towels. The bathtub could use a good deep cleaning. There is no fans in the bathroom so if somebody smells it up it is going to sit there and smell the whole room. You have to pay extra for a refrigerator which I think is ridiculous. There should automatically be a refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee machine in there. Will keep in mind for the next time but we'll probably be looking for a better place to stay. I was impressed with the level of noise. It was very quiet and I'm very much appreciated that.

Circus Circus has been a Vegas institution since the nineteen sixties, and it still delivers that budget-friendly family fun. With so many guests and staff constantly coming and going, the energy is unmistakable—it literally feels like you're in an airport. But honestly, that's part of its charm and authenticity. A lot of these hotels have much more glamour, but they lose the soul. Circus Circus keeps it real. Lots of activties you will not be bored ever. I didn't leave since I wanted to get to know circus circus. My kids loved it and asked to come back. If you are a parent that says it all.

Stayed here for a last-minute trip while my daughter was touring UNLV. I was initially hesitant due to the reviews, but the price point made it an easy choice. I checked in on 4/17/26 and checked out on 4/19/26 for a two-day stay at the Skyrise Tower, room 18720. The positives: Free parking. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. For a quick stay, it served its purpose, wouldn’t stay for vacation. The cons: Not very walkable, the property is dated, the elevators were a nightmare, anyone can get to the room floors since keycards aren’t needed, staff was nice but not many insight in case you needed anything, towels felt like cheap/hard paper & smelled weird, and some areas of the hotel felt sketch. Overall it’s ghetto, but budget friendly. The main issue, and the reason for this review, is that I left behind two pairs of designer Dolce & Gabbana glasses (one prescription and one sunglasses) in a case in the room. I reported it to lost and found (security) and also spoke with the housekeeping supervisor, Carmen. I’m currently waiting to see how this is handled. If the items are returned, I will gladly update this review to reflect a better experience with the hotel’s integrity and customer service. If not, this adds to the serious concerns that have been raised by many other guests around safety and how guest belongings are handled during and after checkout. Combined with the already sketch feel in parts of the property and parking garage, at this point, I would strongly avoid this place altogether, not worth the headache & this situation is a direct reflection of the hotel’s ethics and integrity.
