We had another great stay at the Conrad. As always things were wonderful. The room is large, clean and comfortable. The restaurants were great and the Awana spa relaxing and welcoming as always . I always appreciate my stays here. Rounding off the night with a drink enjoying the view at the Alle bar made it all complete. The benefits provided by the Amex Hotel Collection were well received.

I’d like to say how much I appreciate Hilton for doing a great job of hiring the right people to manage their properties. This past weekend, I stayed at the Conrad Las Vegas for the Fourth of July and Bday, and I had a great experience. I want to express my appreciation to everyone—from Tristan and Miguel in Guest Relations, to Kyle at the front desk, and the entire hotel staff. I’d also like to recognize my casino hosts, Tali and Dorma, who were both great. Everyone was not only genuinely pleasant, but also exceptional at what they do. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The pools, the food, the stay—everything was good times. Give them all the promotions they deserve! I look forward to more good times with them.

Wanted to say how helpful and great customer service I received from the reservation team. We haven't stayed yet but I needed to change our reservation and rooms. Dominique helped me find the best option to upgrade our room and within minutes finished the reservation change. She was friendly and helpful throughout the entire phone conversation. I would definitely pick this location over other hotels based on the service we've already received.

Upon check in, the letter detailing my package seemed to be missing items. I queried this with the front desk agent who told me with full confidence it was correct. Checked into my room and called my travel agent who asked me to confirm they were seeing a Hilton for Luxury rate. I tried calling the front desk but guest services is an AI agent with seemingly no way to talk to a human. Trudged downstairs and waited in line again. A different person handed me the correct letter with package details. Went up to Club 66 for social hour that the two women at check in told MF about with no caveats. Got turned away because there was a private event. The girls suggested the alternative was on the 65th floor, which I couldn’t access. Trudged back downstairs again. The VIP desk team had not been advised of the change nor replacement. A call was made and eventually I was directed to the lobby bar with differing instructions from everyone I encountered. A positive about the stay was that the room was clean and quiet. But with my time so disrespected and no easy way to get customer service support when the hotel repeatedly screws up by not sharing information, no effort made for service recover, I won’t be back. Book the Fontainebleau with confidence - stunning property, great eateries and staff that actually know what they’re talking about and don’t send you all over the hotel due to poorly managed communication cascades.

Great stay at Conrad with family. We stayed in a one bedroom suite room facing the strip. When we came inside the room, it was well maintained, bright, and inviting. We liked a lot of the features of the room, like a mini fridge, overhead shower, and the modern tech in room has. We were initially hesitant on using the red concierge for bring items to the room, though it worked better than our expectations and we got our items delivered to our room in a quick fashion and got our requested items right. We'll definitely stay here at concrad and enjoyed our stay.

We checked in after midnight and all the rooms at the Conrad were full so we got upgraded to the Crockfords. What a nice surprise!

We arrived at around midnight and waited over an hour or so to check in at the front desk due to under staffing. After taking all our luggage up to our room (with no assistance from any hotel staff), we came across some issues with the room (which was also not the room we had booked) and requested a change. After another hour waiting to be seen by the front desk staff, we were advised that the hotel was fully booked up and that we could not change rooms. Nicole at the front desk was very kind and understood our situation and it was agreed with the front desk that we would move the following morning to another hotel down the road and a full refund would be issued. Whilst we were offered a credit voucher for food at 2am, this would not have resolved the issues with the room and we kindly declined the voucher. I was also advised that a manager would be in touch via email to confirm this. In the morning, we checked out and we were advised by the front desk that they would contact us to confirm the refund for the remaining part of our booking and whether the awful night we had there would be waived. We were also advised that the manager that day would contact us. The team told us to contact booking.com to get the ball rolling. Despite both our efforts and the customer service team at Booking.com to contact the hotel about the refund, we have received absolutely no response from them. I have also not received any communications from the managers. I am incredibly disappointed with the customer service and will not be returning to this hotel in the future. I highly recommend looking at the reviews of this hotel before booking and consider the other great hotels down the strip.

Had a great stay at Conrad Las Vegas at Resorts World. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and well-appointed, making it easy to relax after a busy day in Las Vegas. The service throughout the property was friendly, professional, and attentive. One highlight was the fitness center, which is exceptionally well done and one of the better hotel gyms I’ve used. The location within Resorts World provides plenty of dining and entertainment options, while still maintaining a more refined and relaxed atmosphere. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and a hotel I would happily return to on future visits to Las Vegas.
