Stayed at Hilton resorts world for the first time. The rooms were affordable and overall pretty nice. I don't have much to highlight from the rooms, but for the price, they are good. The hotel wasn't super busy. The hotel staff got us checked in quickly. Where resorts world will most likely cause me to never come back is the restaurants. We went to three different restaurants or lounges during our stay and had horrible experiences with service. We went to Dawgs first to finish watching a game and get some food. We sat at a table for 15 minutes before I had to go get a worker's attention to get service. The workers were just standing there talking to each other. We ordered fries, wings, and a turkey club sandwich. It took another 25 minutes to get the food. The servers just didn't care. Unfortunate. We also went to Gatsby's lounge. We wanted a casual drink and some light food. We got our first drink pretty quickly, then we'rent checked on for about 20 minutes. When they did come, we ordered our second drink and some food that was on the menu. Drinks took longer to arrive. The food once again took 30 minutes. We cancelled the food order and paid for drinks and left. I realize that the Hilton is not in control of all restaurants, but it does have an impact on my overall stay when you are in Las Vegas. If anyone is considering staying, just stay for the hotel and go elsewhere for food.

Excellent stay at the Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World. The room was very clean, modern, and well furnished. The entire resort was beautiful, well maintained, and had a fresh upscale feel throughout. The casino was also very clean and enjoyable. There were plenty of great restaurants on site, making it very convenient to dine without leaving the resort. We also appreciated the electric vehicle charging stations available in the parking structure. The pools and amenities were outstanding and exceeded our expectations. Overall, this is a beautiful and well managed property. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be staying here again on future trips to Las Vegas.

I had another positive experience here. Check in went really well. I’d like to thank Angela for her professionalism and courtesy. She got me checked in and took very good care of me. Made me feel like a valued guest had a room on the 59th floor for stripped view. Seems like they fixed the key issues they had in the past withthe elevators. I did not encounter any issues this time had breakfast at the restaurant juniors although service was a bit slow. The meal was very good especially enjoyed the cheesecake. Amazing hotel. It's just a shame I got a room with a view of the rooftops. A luxurious, high-class hotel, very large and has everything. The prices are expensive for those coming from Israel. The restaurants and attractions are not cheap at all. Even in the casino there is no option for a roulette table with an entry price of less than $15. This sucks for a stay at the hotel for those who love casinos. What did stand out was a guy of Bulgarian origin who was really nice and made us have fun in the roulette area. Fitz, the casino manager, is really nice. All the employees are really nice

This was among the best on the entire strip. I think it even competes with the 5 stars in regards to the food, casinos, and rooms. The double deluxe king room me and my wife shared was among the biggest and best rooms I’ve ever been in. And the shower? Consisted of some of the softest water I ever showered in. 24 hours later and my wavy hair STILL feels baby soft from the conditioner within the shower. The minibar reminded me of Paris France’ hotels.

Stayed here due to its proximity to an event but this wouldn't be my first choice for hotel in Vegas. Considering the hotel is 2-3yrs old, hotel is feeling worn already. Had to swap rooms due to shower attachment literally falling off the wall and did not work. 2nd room's bathroom was still not much better. Bathroom issues again.There are no shops less than 20min+ walk away - Shop in store is charging £7 for a small bottle of water! Not ideal.Wouldn't choose to stay here again if I didn't need to.

Laura M. is an amazing receptionist! She was incredibly kind and welcoming to both me and my wife. She went above and beyond to help us and even gave us a room with a wonderful view. Her communication was professional, friendly, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our visit. I wish every place had employees as professional, helpful, and pleasant as Laura. She truly made our experience much better. Thank you, Laura!

One star. This stay was disappointing from the moment we arrived. When we checked into our room, there was already hair sitting in the shower drain, which immediately made us question how well the room had been cleaned. To make matters worse, our check out experience was just as bad. The employee assisting us was snarky, dismissive, and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. After multiple negative interactions throughout our stay, it was obvious that customer service is not a priority here. We also stayed at Wynn during this trip, and the difference was night and day. Their staff treated us and our service dogs with professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality. That’s exactly how guests should be treated. We will not be returning to this Hilton. I can absolutely understand why so many people are choosing to stay elsewhere. At the end of the day, a Hilton is still just a Hilton, no matter how much lipstick you put on the pig. There are far better places in Las Vegas that actually value their guests.
