We stayed here for 4 nights for a friend's wedding in Nerja. The rooms, staff and location were excellent. Spotless rooms and we were lucky to have a balcony. Very friendly and helpful staff and a wonderful location right in the heart of Nerja. Would thoroughly recommend staying here if you are coming to Nerja...

We are currently staying at this fabulous hotel. Everything is perfect! Great location for the bars, restaurants & shops. We haven't experienced any noise & both had a great nights sleep. Rooms are modern & exceptionally clean. Our first time in Nerja & we will definitely be returning. We would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again. Highly recommended!

Spotless room and bathroom. Bed was comfy and spacious. There’s a small fridge and kettle also in the room which was an added bonus. There were limited coat hangers but luckily we did take some as well.

This little hotel is fantastic. The location is perfect next to the balcon de Europa. The rooms are super clean modern and cleaned daily. The rooms are quiet even though the hotel is centrally located. Beautiful roof top sunbathing area. Cannot recommend this place enough.

We stayed at HC Calahonda Beach earlier this month. The hotel was spotlessly clean but boy was it noisy at night! After two nights of very little sleep due to noise going on until 5:45am, we felt the need to move hotels in order to actually feel like we had a holiday and went home feeling rested. The man on the front desk was uninterested when we explained why we were leaving after just two nights and didn’t bother to ask any questions or offer any solutions. |This in our eyes is very poor customer service and for that reason we would never stay again!

This place is new and it’s noteworthy that it has some good reviews, however it’s important to note my experience so others don’t suffer the same fate. I arrived last night on a delayed flight. I got there after 11pm. It turns out, buried in the vast terms and conditions that they can cancel your reservation with no refund if you arrive after 6pm without informing them. I called a number at 11:30, no answer. I WhatsApp’d today. No answer. It’s 9:30am as I type this. I had to sleep on the beach, Im grateful my kids weren’t with me. I booked through booking.com. I paid in advance. I got a confirmation which said I was all set. I never read the very lengthy follow ups. I’m on annual leave so didn’t realise they emailed a check in that had to be sent after this. There’s a strong argument I should have, however I doubt if the only person that will suffer this fate. I checked in last night before midnight, the message on the screen said I was all set, but nothing came of it and I still haven’t received anything do I have gone elsewhere and my money is gone. I feel this is poorly automated d communicated through booking and needlessly complex, however it was buried in the detail so some may say I have myself to blame.

My wife and I had low expectations as the price was pretty good and in line with other places we stayed before that were way worse than this. This hotel was so clean, tidy, well maintained, we were very impressed. Bed was very comfortable, room was incredibly clean, the maids and cleaning ladies were so so so helpful and attentive.

I really wanted to stay at this hotel as the pictures of it look very nice. However i have been emailing them for weeks and the will not reply to any emails at all. Absolutely zero chance of being able to make contact with them. I wanted to ask some important questions before booking on there website , i will look elsewhere due to being unable to speak to anyone at all when a large ammount of money is involved.
