The rooms and resort itself are a bit dated, but it’s overall a great experience! The rooms are quite spacious. The hotel has a lovely beach that many of the restaurants face, as well as a walkway above the beach that extends to the wedding space. The heated indoor and outdoor pool are also spacious and clean. A huge highlight was the food! The buffet food was high quality and had some Okinawan specialties. The bread was also delicious as it is baked in-hotel.

Overall, it was okay, but not as great as I expected. The resort is in an older building, and renovation work was ongoing during my stay. Because of this, there were some areas where I noticed renovation-related smells. I booked a sea-view room at an additional cost, but personally, I didn’t feel the view and overall room experience were worth the extra money. The biggest advantage of this resort is the number of facilities and activities available within the property — sauna, massage, swimming pool, beach, water activities, restaurants, and more. You can spend most of your time at the resort without needing to go anywhere else. Breakfast was complimentary, which was nice, but there was a 20-minute wait just to enter the restaurant because of the number of guests. I think this could be managed better. Overall, I wouldn’t highly recommend it based on my experience. However, it really depends on what you’re looking for. If having many facilities and activities in one resort is important to you, it could still be a good option. For me, though, I felt it was slightly less value for money than expected.

4 star hotel?! Not even close. Our reservation was for 2pm and they didn’t honor it we had to check in at 3pm on the dot as did everyone else. Doesn’t matter if rooms were ready or not which is crazy everyone waiting in a lobby to just rush in line at once. You have to pay extra for everything at the hotel including as child fee per day. Rooms are dated, beds uncomfortable, Designated swimming area too small. Entire beach is off limits even though everyone uses it. Hotel needs a face lift and upgrade. I’ve stayed at 2 star hotels better than this. Restaurants on site are mid at best. Consider a different hotel even if it’s a little extra it will be worth it over this place.

-Polite and helpful staff. Most are capable of speaking a little English. - the hotel offers vouchers for breakfast, lunch, welcome drinks, and water. I find the water bit a little strange. Skipping room service for one day gives you an 1000 yen voucher, which you can use in the hotels gift shops. Skipping breakfast also gives you a free lunch - the hotel itself is generally pretty clean. The rooms are lovely, however one thing that needs improving are the lifts. They are dusty and smell unpleasant. - for vegetarian options, your best bet would be the buffet, which offers a few. The hotel restaurants don’t offer many vegetarian options - there are plenty in-hotel activities, such as art activities, VR activities… etc, which are plenty fun, especially if you run into a typhoon or are cramped indoors. - the beach outside the hotel is quite nice, although the sea floor may be a bit spiky and uncomfortable to walk on, so bringing your own shoes for the beach is advised. The hotel also offers shoes. - there is a giiiiaaannnttt bouncy castle on the sea. The hotel offers life vests and shoes to go on it which was pretty cool. Overall, pretty great ;)

We were only staying for a holiday weekend for two nights. We paid for a corner room with an ocean view and in the video you can see how much of an ocean view we actually had. We didn’t complain to the hotel about it because we were only there for two days so it would’ve been more hassle to switch rooms. Also, the walls are very thin. We had a large group staying above us that was running around the room until 10:30 PM. We weren’t asleep yet so not a big deal but was shocking how thin the walls and floors were. We booked on Booking.com and paid for breakfast and dinner to be included. The western style dinner buffet was way superior to the Japanese barbecue place. In between lunch and dinner we wanted to find a place to hang out for a couple hours, but there’s only one little dessert café open that has a mildly decent view of the ocean. Cant complain about our room besides the view.

The hotel is quite old and you can notice the age of the building, including a slight dated smell in some areas. However, both the rooms and the main facilities were kept clean and tidy.The location is further away from the airport, but it is easy to access by car. The hotel offers on-site parking, although it comes with an additional fee.The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always helpful whenever we needed assistance.One of the biggest advantages of the hotel is the large number of amenities available. There are indoor and outdoor swimming pools, direct beach access, a gaming room (although it could benefit from refurbishment), shops with a good variety of products, restaurants, a spa, and water sports activities available for an extra charge.The food at the restaurants was very good, and I would definitely recommend booking a room with breakfast included. There was a wide variety of options and the overall quality of the food was excellent.We stayed as a couple and spent a lot of time exploring outside the hotel, but it also seems like a very good option for relaxation, especially during good weather. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for more than just a standard hotel stay and wanting to escape the city atmosphere for a more resort-style experience.

I would avoid this place . Stingy as hell , I have a room for me , my wife , my son . Only have 2 towels . I asked for one more and they want to charge me for it . Seems like such a stupid way to do business . I’m already spending money on the room for 4 nights and you would think it would be included . I’m also buying food etc here . I talked to 4 different people and never got my towel . Japan is suppose to be known for hospitality, not here . Spend your money somewhere else where they appreciate it. Never had issues like this at any hotel worse experience ever. The place a bit run down , pictures aren’t accurate

Amazing family-friendly resort! We stayed 4 nights with our kids and there was so much to do — pools, beach, and marine sports were all fantastic. All the staff were great, but Sitty and Zoe were exceptional. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine kindness stood out and truly made our stay. They are a real credit to the resort. Would definitely come back!
