We stayed here for 7 days in early October 2026 with our 18-month-old toddler, and overall, we were extremely satisfied for the price. The staff were generally wonderful—almost all of them adored our baby and were so sweet to her, which we really appreciated. However, about 10% of the staff seemed to need better service training. As an Asian family living in Canada, we couldn't help but notice a difference in how some employees treated us compared to white guests (who made up over 70% of the guests). As for the food, it was clean and well-presented, but below average in taste by my standards—and I'm someone who eats pretty much anything! On the bright side, there was a wide variety, so we easily found plenty of options suitable for our 18-month-old. Also, don't get your hopes up too high for restaurants that require reservations, like 9 Doors or the Italian restaurant; the food quality wasn't much different from the buffet. The facilities are showing some signs of aging, but everything was still fully functional and didn't cause any inconvenience. The beach was fantastic—clean enough for our baby to walk around barefoot, with gentle, manageable waves. There was some seaweed on the shore, but it looked like they cleared it away every morning. Overall, it's great value for money. Just keep your expectations in check, and you'll have a great stay

We had such a fun time at Majestic Elegance Punta Cana! The food was good, the music was great, and there was always something fun to do. From playing darts and taking bachata classes to playing soccer on the beach and enjoying the pool, there was never a dull moment. The games, shows, and activities really made the resort a fun place to be! But what REALLY makes this resort special is the entertainment crew! ❤️🔥 Baby Face, Edwin, Pepa, Cappuccino, and Mayelin were absolutely amazing! They are so friendly, energetic, and genuinely take the time to get to know the guests. They do such a great job of letting everyone know about the daily activities and shows and making sure everyone feels included. Whether they’re pulling you up to dance, hyping up the crowd, or just making you feel welcome, they go above and beyond to make sure everyone is having a good time. You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and that energy makes such a difference in the overall experience. They don’t just entertain you; they make you feel like you’re part of the fun! 🥳 A huge shoutout to Baby Face, Edwin, Pepa, Cappuccino, and Mayelin for making our stay so memorable! You guys truly made the experience worth it, and the resort is lucky to have such an incredible entertainment team. If you come here, make sure you participate in the activities and shows because the entertainment crew will make sure you have a great time! ❤️🇩🇴

We had an amazing stay at Majestic Elegance Punta Cana! The resort is absolutely beautiful, with stunning grounds and a relaxing atmosphere. The bartenders, staff, and restaurant teams were all exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always made us feel welcome. Parrot Bar Jyan and Layla very attentive. Restaurant staff very attentive too. Anthony, Jesus always making sure we had water and everything needed. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and everyone went above and beyond to make our vacation memorable. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation in Punta Cana. We will definitely return!

We recently returned from a vacation at Majestic elegance Punta Cana. We had several issues with our room and housekeeping. We are coffee drinkers and for two days we could not get creamer and sugar for our coffee, even after repeated attempts each day. One day the room was not cleaned at all and we had to call twice to get it cleaned, only to have to call two more times to get wash cloths which we never did receive. The hairdryer and porch light did not work. The air conditioner ran continually resulting in the room being exceptionally cold. It would not work on auto and we reported it twice and had absolutely no reply to fix it. Their solution was to bring us blankets. The beach was our biggest disappointment. We were thinking that it was gonna be a Caribbean beach with smoother waters, but it was very rough. The Seaweed was terrible in the water and on the beach itself. I was told That the resort cleaned up the beach daily, but that was not the case. They came out and would pick up a few loads and then leave. Then there was the solicitations on the beach itself. During one day, we counted 15 people waking us and interrupting our conversation to attempt to sell massages, jewelry, and other items. Even when you tell them no they continually come back, interrupting your day.. The resort is a little dated, but they are finishing up one section of improvements and going to work on the second section starting in November. Of note, staff is extremely friendly and willing to help. From check-in to checking out we had no issues. We purchased Scooby Doo, parasailing, and swimming with the dolphins. All of our experiences were great, and their staff was great. I greatly think we will not be returning, more because of the beach than anything. Which I realize the resort can do a little to fix. But with The rating of this resort we expected more.

Second time visiting, returning there was like visiting old friends. our butler took care of everything we needed from reservations to specific room requests while Ishmael made sure we always had a great time at the pool. I'll definitely be back!

Mayelin was the best aerobic instructor! The entertainment team did such a great job of keeping the crowd lively and dancing. Staff was super friendly, and I stayed in the junior suite which exceeded my expectations. This is my 2nd time coming back and this resort never fails. Food is 10/10, I love the different types of cuisine everyday.

We just got home from a week's stay. It was a relaxing vacation. The pool bar wasn't my style but the pool to the right was much cleaner and cooler. The staff!!! They made the vacation a vacation! Our favorites were the lobby bar bartenders who took great care of us all week. Manuel, Roberto, and there were 2 ladies who had the best personality and made every night so enjoyable! I would recommend. Whether you want to party or relax, elegance will fulfill either need.
