Located at nicely convenient to travel ard. We don take train but we can see that train station is nearby within walking distance. Rooms were especially clean and cosy. Lobby has coffee machine near to smoking room which made my husband so happy. Daily necessities were free for self collection beside the lifts. Carpark was just beside the hotel and link to hotel. Staffs are extremely friendly although at times language might be a barrier but they google translate to serve us better. Finally, laundry services and self dispense beverages were super convenient during our stay. We will choose Hotel Gracery Sapporo again if we ever visit this country again.

I am on my last day staying in this wonderful hotel, I stayed for 4 nights solo. I like that there is a woman only floor. Location can’t be beat, I am looking at Daimaru by Sapporo station. Literally across the street. There is an underground connection as well. But on your first day or if you are dragging a suitcase, I’d recommend walking on the street. The room is compact, what I’d expect from most hotels in Japan. It is clean, has everything I needed and more. I’d like to commend the front desk staff. Everyone I came into contact with was absolutely wonderful. Friendly, professional and kind. The breakfast buffet was also fantastic (not free but worth it).

Hotel is located right in front of the station which is great, the check-in was a bit hectic for us but that might have just been bad timing. I do feel that the room is decently sized, but not great. It is a modern room with usb a/c docks next to each bed. Overall a good hotel, but I feel it could do better.

Everything was perfect on a three day stay, highly recommend the executive floor rooms which are large with a separate sitting area. Rooms were spotlessly clean, modern and smartly appointed with all the latest gadgets. Great location with plenty of food and convenience store options downstairs, linked via underground passages to the station and shops.

I stayed at Hotel Gracery Sapporo and found it to be a solid choice overall. The room and stay were comfortable, and the property worked well for my time in Sapporo. I did have a small issue with the front desk experience at checkout, which took away a bit from an otherwise smooth visit. Even so, I’d consider staying here again.

Stayed in this hotel with my husband from 27/7-2/8/2026 in the executive suite with lounge access. 1) The reception staff seems not happy to help when check in and check out! Maybe they are under manpower! Or maybe they only wish all the customers using machine to check in! Unfortunately some people may not use to those machine! 2) I visited the lounge once during my stay! I took 2 paper cups of ice water to the table. One cup fell on table accidentally! Then water spilled on table and some on the chair! The concierge staff went to take towels and tissue to dry water, and I helped to dry some of the water myself! The staff showed very unhappy face to me even I apologised a few times! 4)duvet cover not being used, they only put a bed sheet on top of the duvet ! The duvet always slipped out and the bed sheet was not able to keep on the proper position! It’s not comfortable and hygienic when sleeping! I stayed at the Gracery Hotel shinjuku 2-3 times before and have very good experience there! Therefore, I booked Hotel Gracery in Sapporo again. But I felt quite disappointed with this stay! Ada

Overall, this is a good hotel. Breakfast is really good compare with overnight price. For the booking with executive room, free access to loudge is available. Even the standard room booking can access the loudge too if you have the hotel member account. The room facility is ok, but relatively small, understandable as the center of the major city does not have many large space room.
