I stayed at this property for 6 nights. Their breakfast is well-known and amazing. Yes, you get all types of raw seafood, as well as other options as well. The highlight was the breakfast buffet. The only downside is they usually have a wait to get into the restaurant on-site. Be prepared to wait if coming in the later morning hours. The King Bed with rainfall shower room was nice and large. There wasn't really a view, being it was my first time in Sapporo, that was a little disappointing. The room was very clean and upkept by housekeeping every 2nd day. The basement onsen is split by gender and very nice to have. The laundry was useful and was 500 yen for washing and 100 yen for drying. Both onsen and laundry have capacity checkers on the TV. There's a water dispenser on every floor. Some issues were reported to staff: 1) Hallways are frigid cold in the early morning, staff said they couldn't do anything about that. 2) Front desk service is hit and miss, sometimes you get excellent assistance, sometimes you get confusion and a puzzling look Minor annoyances observed: 1) The TV turns on every time you enter/exit the room due to the power being reset by keycard. 2) The rooms are not soundproof and noisy neighbors or hallway screamers can be heard.

Stayed for two nights this Summer. Front Desk staff are helpful and patient. Although the on site park was full when we arrived, the staff tried their best to explain the calculation and best way to use the parking voucher. Worth paying extra for Breakfast buffet, serving a good variety of food, cannot miss the sashimi bowl. We stayed in one of the suites which offers free minibar as well. Ice and water dispenser are available on the floor (a good ventilation at that area is a plus, as it may easily get wet and dirty). This is truly recommended and I wish I could stay here again.

We were impressed by this modern well located hotel. It’s good to have a separate shower (no bath) & toilet rooms, a small table with seating for two. Very well designed for the limited space. And just enough space. The information services, real time laundry machine & breakfast status on the in room TV. The only hotel we’ve stayed with gender specific door key cards, also for access to the basement baths. All good, enjoyed our stay.

Its our second stay here and we are still impressed by the layout of the seemingly small 21m² room. We can leave two suitcases opened and still have plenty of space which is a rare feat in Japan. Their breakfast is one of the highlights as well, especially if you're into ikura don. The only downside is parking which is limited on site, but Nissan Rent-a-car is just opposite the hotel so that was perfect for us!

Biggest downside was lack of black out curtains 😫. Being jet lagged, it’s important to be able to rest! Sun also rose early at 4am 😭 . Me and my husband had to resort to eye masks. There’s one thin sheer curtain and one roller curtain to block sun but the light still shone very brightly past. It was unpleasant. Otherwise we liked the room, public bath and hotel. Buffet breakfast was also great but we only did it 1 time since it’s hard to eat that much in the morning.

Even though the ceiling was about 2.7 meter. Overall experience was nice. The hot spring at the basement was very nice and comfortable. The service was okay. Did not have too much interaction with the employees. It’s quite close to the train station 🚉 very convenient and there are several shops around. We stayed at the three person room. It had a very small operable window. Almost no daylight through the window. Honestly feel a little claustrophobic.

Stay in this hotel every time I come to Sapporo. The location is near to JR station and opposite to the Former Hokkaido Government Office. You can go to all tourist spots in walking distance and the room is spacious. A bath house is on B1/F, you can relax there after a day’s walk. The service is good and housekeeping is great.

Good location, very busy hotel. Even with 4 lifts, we still had to wait for a couple of lifts before being able to get on it. Shoutout to staff Miss Nara for great service at check in and check out. Rooms were spacious but no views with windows frosted.
