An exceptional experience at Rosewood Vienna. From the moment you arrive, you are surrounded by elegance, refined design, and an atmosphere that perfectly combines contemporary luxury with the timeless charm of Vienna. The service is outstanding — warm, professional, discreet, and incredibly attentive to every detail. The beautiful interiors, sophisticated atmosphere, and prime location make the hotel truly special. What impressed me most was the genuine hospitality and the feeling that every guest is treated with personal attention. A wonderful combination of luxury, comfort, and Viennese elegance. A truly memorable experience and a hotel I would be very happy to return to. Highly recommended!

Loved this hotel from the second we arrived. The outside is very understated. The inside is elegant. The doormen were extremely kind and truly wanted to be helpful. The check-in process was also very pleasant. Of note, there is a bright and airy room in the lobby behind the concierge that you can sit and do work (and enjoy complimentary coffee/tea). The hotel rooms were well appointed, chic and modern with old world charm. We had breakfast included in our room. The only downside to breakfast was the cold buffet was not extensive but you could order from the menu. Espresso beverages were very good. Dinner service was just okay. Food/service weren't great for the price. We really enjoyed our visit as a family and will definitely stay here again when e return.

I didn’t feel the price value correctly reflected..The breakfast is not included,.. and not cheap..The rooms are high standard but not exceptional..Maybe I was disappointed, because I knew the restaurant before,.. an like it a lot.. anyway I anticipated that the the hotel is like the restaurant.. and I had too high expectations.

We had a fantastic stay at Rosewood Vienna. The staff were exceptional throughout our visit—warm, attentive, and always happy to help. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a real highlight, enjoying delicious food in the beautiful sunshine with stunning views over the city. The cocktails in the bar were excellent and made for a perfect way to unwind in the evening. Our room was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with plenty of room to relax. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore Vienna on foot and get to all the main sights. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

I had a great pleasure to stay in Rosewood Vienna last march 2026. The location is great - the best in the city! I had a beautiful suite, the pillow was embroided with my initials (to be taken home by guests). I absolutely loved the rooftop terrace; had an amazing dinner and wine there. The next day i enjoyed my delicious breakfast there as well. I arrived on Sunday afternoon and walked around the square., next to the hotel there is a beautiful baroque church, Peterskirche and i got a chance to ctake part in an amazing concert. I must admit that Rosewood Vienna exceeded my expectations! I would love to stay there again.

We stay in Rosewoods all over the world; it's our preference. But I would put the Rosewood Vienna on a lower scale. In most Rosewood hotels coming in, is an immediate check-in. You have to go to the 1st floor here. It's quite inhospitable. The service in the restaurant for lunch was fairly unwelcoming and at a minimum. Also, they charge a cover price! When you're staying in a hotel that is a 5 star and you're paying thousands of dollars for a room, you do not expect to be nickled and dimed with a cover charge in their restaurant. Ridiculous. That is the cost of doing business. In our room they have the automatic Toto toilet which is nice, but smelly. It smells like old mildew/bad sewage. On the positive side, the doormen are friendly. Housekeeping is kind. The location is wonderful; can't be beat. Our room was lovely; especially having a place to put makeup on with a good mirror. The layout of the room provides good privacy for 2.

My stay at Rosewood Vienna was very pleasant overall. I was warmly welcomed by Alejandro, who ensured my luggage was taken care of right away. Francheska handled my check-in and made sure I was comfortable in my room, also taking the time to share the history of the building, which added a lovely personal touch. She was incredibly helpful throughout my stay, offering thoughtful tips and recommendations. The room was perfect—clean, comfortable, and very inviting. The location is also extremely convenient, with everything within walking distance, including major tourist attractions, cafés, shops, and easy access to metro and tram stations Highlight was of course the breakfast with a view and all the wonderful staff who made sure I’m enjoying what i’ve ordered

An outstanding stay at Rosewood Vienna. Beautifully designed rooms, an incredibly comfortable bed, and a perfect central location. What truly sets this property apart is the service. The entire team was excellent, and the concierge — especially Isabella and Simon — were exceptional. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care elevated the entire experience. A true luxury experience. Highly recommended.
