Not a bad stay. Rooms were clean. Staff friendly and courteous. I think I expected a little more from the room but definitely not a bad stay. I wouldnt rate it a 4 star hotel in my opinion. Its more like a 3 star hotel. Appreciated the little touch of welcome. Location is good as well.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Hari Hong Kong. The location is excellent, just a 13-minute walk or a short taxi ride to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. The hotel is a stylish and luxurious boutique property. From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless. The reception team was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was compact, which is typical for Hong Kong, but it was thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. I must especially mention the bed—the mattress, pillows, and duvet were incredibly comfortable, providing an excellent night's sleep. The location is another highlight, with many excellent restaurants and cafes within walking distance.I would definitely stay at The Hari again and highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers.

My four-night stay at The Hari Hong Kong was an absolute delight. Situated right in the heart of Hong Kong Island, the location is unbeatable. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment I arrived. My room was not only comfortable but immaculately maintained, with housekeeping visiting twice a day, which was a lovely surprise. I also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, making this a truly memorable experience that exceeded my expectations.

We stayed four nights at the Hari Hotel in Hong Kong and we had a great experience. The staff was always welcoming and attentive. The room, a premium corner room on the 19th floor was very stylish, clean and with a lovely view. The location is excellent, in between two metro stations and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping areas in Wan Chai and Causeway Bay. First night at the Hari we had dinner at Zoku and it was a wonderful experience! The ambience, the food and the staff were really amazing.

The Hari was a great choice for our trip service was incredible they provided an electrical converter and iPhone chargers for us since we had forgotten ours. Anything we needed they made sure we had. Rooms are very nice but just wished they were a little bigger. The Hari is in a great location walking distance to metro, bus , tram. There is a 7 eleven around the corner and many good places to eat near by. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would stay here again. I almost forgot to mention how great their Italian restaurant is please try when in Hong Kong.

We had a corner room on the 23rd floor, and it was super quiet and relaxing. Bed was comfortable, shower was very powerful, and the room as a whole was lovely and clean. All staff we engaged with were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Good location - 1 minute walk from tram stop, around 8-10 minutes walk from metro station. Can’t comment on food as we didn’t have breakfast nor eat in the restaurant. Would definitely recommend and return to this hotel if ever in Hong Kong again.

We felt this was a nice hotel in an excellent location. The customer service was good but nothing outstanding and we had little to no interactions with staff throughout our stay, which was fine as we just used it as a place to sleep but it would've been nice to have received greeting on coming back to the property. Understandably, the doorman was very busy whenever we passed through the entryway. As reception is on Floor 1, you don't really see staff unless you use the public areas, like the restaurant, lounge and bar. The public spaces looked to be very modern and elegant and if we stayed again, we'd like to sit on the terrace and listen to music there. The standard double room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the size of it is very tight for two people with luggage. We aren't the biggest people so I'd definitely recommend upgrading the room size for a more comfortable stay if you are staying for more than a couple of nights and have large luggage. Otherwise, good hotel and great location for a city stay in HK.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room itself was really modern, big bed and super clean, with a good view. Note that the basic room is quite small - little room to open suitcases but I understand that’s the case across a lot of Hong Kong rooms. Our least favourite part about the hotel was that it felt very detached from staff unlike other hotels - eg the reception is upstairs rather than when you enter the building and it was a very quick in and out admin process rather than asking how we were, explaining to us where things are in the hotel, how we could get breakfast etc. Apart from the check in, we never really had any staff interaction, which I often enjoy when staying somewhere. Regardless, a nice stay and the hotel was very well located for a first trip to HK.
