What a fantastic hotel! We had the best stay at Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay. The staff are exceptional and the location is amazing. Although the hotel is relatively large, it feels more like a boutique hotel, spread out across multiple buildings without feeling too expansive. The beach is lovely and has plenty of chairs available for hotel guests with such a stunning outlook. We were pleased to be able to use the SUPs free of charge-such a bonus. There is a great gym, spa and indoor pool too; the sauna has such a great view. There are also two outdoor pools and the food & drink offering at both is perfect. (Another bonus-there’s a ping pong table at the upper pool!) Parking is complimentary and the valet/bell boys are so quick and attentive-we never had to wait long for our car. Lighthouse restaurant was incredible-we had such a beautiful meal there on our last night. Lunch at Olé restaurant was great-laid back, casual, overlooking the bay. Our room was amazing too. A lovely view of the bay, comfortable beds, black out curtains and a well appointed bathroom. Can you tell that we loved it? We will definitely be back! Don’t hesitate to book. The best hotel out of the six hotels we stayed at in Montenegro.

Great room with a beautiful view, and everyone at the hotel has been incredibly kind and welcoming. A special thank you to Loca from the bar for his exceptional service. He was genuinely kind, thoughtful, and attentive, and even went out of his way to lend me a charger when I needed one. It was such a thoughtful gesture that I really appreciated. I would also like to thank Emad and Regina from the reception team for their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. They were always welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Their genuine care and excellent service made my experience even more enjoyable and memorable.

We had 3 days at the beginning of July here and I cannot rate the place highly enough. This is honestly among one of the best hotels and locations I have ever stayed in. And we have travelled alot and stayed in some top places. All the staff were amazing. Our room, a king size suite was perfect. The restaurants were great, the bars were great. We were there for thw France Spain game of the world cup and although the game was dull, the location on the rooftop to watch it was pretty special. The gym was decent, my husband had a massage in the spa and was very happy with the treatment. The fish of the day in the Lighthouse restaurant was the best we had ever had. We definitely plan on going back.

Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort exceeded every expectation. The location is perfect—peaceful and secluded on the bay, yet only a short drive from Kotor’s Old Town. Just be sure to allow extra time if you’re heading into town. The distance isn’t far, but traffic can become glacial whenever cruise ships are in port. The property itself is stunning. The infinity pool overlooking the bay is spectacular, the swim-up bar is a great place to spend an afternoon, and the private beach offers a quiet alternative if you prefer the water. Best of all, there was never a scramble for lounge chairs, food service, or space. It was the complete opposite of the crowded atmosphere you find in town during peak cruise hours. The restaurants were excellent, the views were breathtaking from every angle, and the staff consistently delivered warm, attentive, and genuinely professional service. During our stay, we even watched them handle several guests who seemed determined to find fault with everything. The staff remained calm, gracious, and accommodating throughout—honestly, it explained some of the negative reviews far better than it reflected on the hotel. The surrounding area is beautiful as well. We enjoyed outstanding hiking with incredible panoramic views of the Bay of Kotor, then returned to spend quiet afternoons by the pool. It was the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation. If you’re deciding between staying in the middle of Kotor or just outside it, choose this hotel. You can easily visit the Old Town when you want, then come back to a peaceful resort instead of sharing the city with thousands of cruise passengers rushing to squeeze everything into a single eight-hour stop. We would gladly stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Kotor. The room, views, and overall service were all superb, making for a truly memorable experience. A special mention goes to Igor Šuvira, who looked after us over several evenings in The Lighthouse restaurant. His service was outstanding throughout our stay. His knowledge of both the menu and wine list was second to none, and his recommendations were always excellent. We were fortunate enough to dine from both the previous menu and the new one, and the food was exceptional on every occasion. The entire restaurant team was warm, professional, and attentive, creating a fantastic dining experience each night. Thank you to Igor and the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. We look forward to returning

We had a spacious room with a beautiful view of both the pool and the sea. The room was modern, stylish, and thoughtfully furnished, with plenty of space to work, relax, and move around comfortably. The service was excellent as well everyone was attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. The surroundings are absolutely breathtaking. The hotel is nestled between the mountains and the sea, creating a stunning bay and spectacular scenery. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights in Hyatt Kotor and absolutely loved the experience. Private beach and facilities were amazing and dinner at the Lighthouse restaurant were truly the highlight. Cannot recommend enough. The location is truly unbeatable. Special thank you to the staff who made our stay even more unforgettable, we got offered upgrade to apartment suite too as part of our anniversary celebrations

Our first stay at Hyatt exceeded all our expectations. Amanda and her team made our vacation truly special with their genuine hospitality and outstanding service. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and our sea-view room was absolutely stunning. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making our stay comfortable and relaxing.
