My husband and I stayed in one of the renovated rooms for 4 nights and we loved everything about our stay. The rooms were clean and just as pictured and the location was excellent. It was far enough away from the crowded streets that fill up with tourists during the day, but close enough (5-10 min walk) to restaurants, shops, etc. and we were close to a ton of wineries! The hosts were very communicative, polite, and helpful! I would absolutely stay here again. One minor thing - when we first booked, we did not receive a confirmation email or anything along those lines, but as soon as we reached out to the hosts, they responded immediately and confirmed our booking with additional communication and information! I only mention this because booking in another country comes with some unknowns, but there is no need to be alarmed for this particular place. Everything worked out very well!

Duccio Nacci rooms was a good option to stay in San Gimignano. Rooms were clean, bed in number 1 must have a new mattress and the space very limited, you have to be careful when getting up at night because the bed is on a higher area as when entering the room. Beautiful works of art against the walls. Check in was ok and Renata very friendly and helpful. Room number 3 is spacious!
