Great location and a very comfortable stay. Our 15 m² room had a coffee machine, fridge, air conditioning and TV, and luggage storage was available. However the bathroom floor is extremely slippery and provides virtually no grip when wet, which feels quite dangerous. I strongly recommend that the hotel improve the floor’s anti-slip treatment to prevent accidents. Getting here from Schiphol is very easy: take bus 397 from the second row of bus stops outside the airport and get off at Museumplein. The hotel is only about a 2-minute walk from the stop. Our triple room was spacious, with two windows and very comfortable pillows and bedding. Although our room was directly opposite the elevator, it was surprisingly quiet. There is a primary school downstairs, so you can hear children playing in the afternoon, but the area is extremely quiet at night. The air conditioning was a little too cold and the airflow blew directly toward the bed. The location is excellent — about 2 minutes to the Van Gogh Museum and Moco Museum, 5 minutes to the Rijksmuseum, and close to Albert Heijn and the luxury shopping street. Trams from Museumplein make it easy to get around, and many central attractions are also walkable. Overall, a fantastic location for exploring Amsterdam, with the added bonus of being very quiet at night.

Bad experience about the behavior of a male front desk staff member during my check-in at your hotel. His attitude was extremely arrogant and unprofessional throughout the process.Worse still, he assigned me a room that was already occupied by another guest. When I returned to the front desk to report this serious mistake, he neither apologized nor showed any sense of responsibility. His dismissive attitude made the entire experience very unpleasant and disappointing.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The location is convenient and local amenities are within walking distance. The staff were helpful and accommodating; the housekeeping kept the rooms clean throughout the trip. The elevator is a great plus with this hotel also. Definitely recommend, fantastic value for money.

Extremely rude reception. Some of the staff members didn't even say hello or goodbye and didn't notice guests standing right in front of them because they were busy scrolling on Instagram on their phones. The room was extremely small and very noisy due to the elevator and the loud ventilation system in the courtyard. rooms were clean and the hotel is in a nice area.

Very nice hotel with a great location at Museumplein. Area is peacefull. The small school is just opposite the hotel, the street is closed from cars and both the museums and shops of many luxurybrands are just around the corner. Tram to " more exciting" areas takes just a few minutes. Small room had everything we needed; separate beds, airconditioning, wifi, coffeemachine and a minifridgerator. I spent here five nights with my 18 year old son, we skeptinen well and enjoyed our stay. The cleaning ladies werw awesome and did a great job!!

I paid $450 for one night in this hotel so i was expecting luxury. Instead, this was a basic hotel which should have been priced as budget lodging. They billed my credit card in full when I booked, which I didn’t know was going to happen. And when I arrived, they said breakfast was not included and I needed to pay €20 additional !!!! The entrance is super ghetto and doesn’t have any type of ramp to wheel your suitcase. When I arrived there was a huge crowd trying to get into the breakfast area and one man complaining to the front desk how noisy his room was. Not at all a luxury lobby. My room was just around the corner from check in. It was on the first level so I was directly at street level. I’ve not stayed in a hotel on the ground floor in a large city before. The front window glass was frosted so you couldn’t look out onto the street but thankfully people couldn’t walk by and look right into your room. The man complaining about the noise was legit. There is a children’s school across the street and kids are playing very noisy outside from early morning until dusk. My room had no amenities. The bathroom door could not open all the way because it hit the bed. There was a safe, but I was hesitant to use it because of one of the other reviews saying her money was stolen. The air-conditioning in my room did not work to cool the room adequately. I turned it to 15°C and the fan all the way on high and I was still hot. One of the outlets to charge your phone was directly behind where your pillow would be so it was not usable. There was no separate tea pot only a coffee maker, but it did make hot water. There were two teabags in my room. No make up mirror, but there was a basic hairdryer. Room decor was basic, and there was water stains on some of the ceiling tile tiles. I’ve never been more disappointed in price paid versus room provided. I really don’t know how this place got five star Google reviews. I couldn’t wait to check out and had I not prepaid. I would’ve used an app to find a different room immediately when I saw where I would be staying. Maybe that’s why they charge you ahead of time.

Stayed there mid July with my wife and we really liked it! Although the hotel is a bit outdated and needs renovation, old carpets and some unpleasant smells around. The rooms needs good AC, bedside lamps and more hangers, good bathroom tho! Igor and Alexandra from reception very very helpful and informative, the lady from breakfast room was sweet and spoke Spanish as well. Location is unbeatable, tram around the corner. A short walk to major museums, definitely recommend. We stayed in double room

I enjoyed my stay here. In a quiet, safe neighborhood right next to the museums and a main tram line for super easy access to the city, and right next to a huge beautiful park that is like a mini central park. Helpful staff, good rooms, i traveled with a friend and they had twin beds available which seems a challenge to find in europe. Comfy beds and bedding. Good spot.
