Great location. Updated hotel, the decor is lovely. It was very comfortable to stay here while in Annecy. Breakfast is 14 euros and you have to boil your own eggs. There is free tea and coffee available from 1pm-9pm. Walking distance to the bus and train station and also a short walk to the canals. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

I stayed for two nights! It's a very stylish hotel—new, clean, and both the bathroom and toilet were comfortable to use.The exposed beam right in the middle of the room was quite impressive. Coffee, cocoa, and hot water were available from 1 PM to 9 PM, so I never had trouble getting drinks. The front desk staff were cheerful and kind! The location was perfect, making for a peaceful stay! Thank you!

I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is near to the bus and railway stations and the old town, all within a few minutes walking distance. There are lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel is of a high standard. It is superbly decorated with beautiful fixtures and fittings and spotlessly clean. There are adequate choices for breakfast and the staff are very friendly and helpful. What a gem!

Rooms small and basic but clean and well refreshed. Beds were comfortable. Our room was at the rear, facing the station. No water, tea or coffee facilities in rooms. Good central location with parking available if reserved. Reception staff were not very friendly on arrival or during stay. Email advising us that Google directions to hotel are wrong, would have been helpful if it had arrived in time rather than towards the end of our stay.

Annecy is a wonderful lake town, and the hotel was a great contributor to a fantastic visit. The location was fantastic at just a couple blocks from the lake and Old Town, and very quiet. Rooms have enough modern amenities and the property is spacious. Decent breakfast options and the staff, all of the staff, were very very helpful with any request or question. If we ever make it back to Annecy, we will definitely stay here again!

Lovely place to stay if your visiting Annecy. Nice hotel excellent breakfast with good quality coffee and other hot drinks free all day. The staff are really helpful. Key point is probably the location. Very close to Annecy centre perfect spot.

Based on the reviews here, I booked this hotel for one night for my mother, my sister and me. We highly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, I booked the parking space in advance. Very nice rooms, great breakfast. We had dinner at "Chez Ingalls" which was 3 minutes on foot from the hotel.

We stayed five nights at the Allobroges Hotel, selected as it’s very close to the train station and so easy to walk around Annecy.|Marion checked us in, she was extremely helpful and friendly. Our housekeeper a young lady did a great job every day on looking after our room.|Our room was on the second floor, we were pleasantly surprised, it was larger than expected. Very modern clean and bright. We were disappointed that there was not a room safe. Also no refrigerator which due to the hot weather we really missed having one.|We were given a kettle so we could make a cup of tea in the mornings, but from 1pm to 7pm on the first floor landing there’s complimentary |tea coffee etc and mini croissants. There is a bar so you can have a drink in the evenings.|We didn’t have breakfast as we like to go and find a local patisserie, there’s plenty.|We left lunch too late one day as the restaurants in the old town stop lunch service around 2pm! We ere very lucky to discover a new Thai restaurant Gigi’s, they opened the week we were there, so we had dinner there on our last night!|Highly recommend it, Gigi and her chef husband run it, it’s lovely, we wish them well!
