Had a really good experience staying at Hotel Pooja Palace. After staying at quite a few hotels in Karol Bagh, I can say that this is definitely one of the better ones. I stayed here with my family and two kids, and we had absolutely no issues during our stay. The staff and reception managers were very polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful whenever we needed anything. The location is a big plus — it’s literally just a 1-minute walk from the metro station. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a smart TV, good AC, and all the basic amenities you would expect from a good hotel. Overall, a very comfortable and hassle-free stay. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Delhi.

This place felt like home in the chaos of Delhi. I stayed here originally with a group tour and the service was excellent and the rooms were clean and well presented. Staff are always incredibly helpful when trying to navigate Delhi. After coming off a grueling night bus at 5am, I asked my tuk tuk driver to drop me at pooja palace as it was the only place I knew and felt safe at as a sole female, and Aalam welcomed me like an old friend and let me spend the morning there whilst I regrouped for my connecting flight.
