Very nice, higher quality, hotel that is well maintained. We stayed just one night and found the proximity to both the train station and airport very convenient. Staff was attentive and gave good advice for lunch at a great pizza parlor around the corner called Lombardi 1892. Hotel staff was also helpful with booking a taxi for our outbound trip. We also had a nice dinner and good breakfast at this property. The property is associated with Hilton and very upgraded our room due to card status & availability, which was nice surprise. In our case the room was arranged with a loft bed, which was fine for us. However, if steps are an issue and/or you prefer to be on the same level as the bathroom and luggage (unless you want to haul your bags up & down a set of stairs, then this room class would not be ideal. For us it was fine. Area around property might be questionable at night. However, if you plan to stay in this part of town, and a higher end hotel and higher prices are acceptable, then this hotel is a reasonable choice.

Palazzo Caracciolo is a great place to stay right in the heart of Naples, perfectly located close to amenities and many traditional spots. We know Naples quite well and have stayed in many different accommodations over the years, and this is definitely one of the best we’ve experienced. What truly makes the difference is the staff. From reception to the kitchen, everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The room was fine overall, but there are a few areas that could use improvement. The hairdryer and the TV felt quite outdated, the mattress seemed a bit worn, and the pillows were much too soft for our taste.Despite these minor issues, the excellent location and the outstanding staff really improve the stay and make Palazzo Caracciolo a place we wil happily return to.

Stayed for 3 nights. Was helped with bags when we arrived late and had a lovely room. Bed was really comfy and air con was powerful. Breakfast was nice- I was surprised that we couldn't take the water to our room and there wasn't a clear area to refill our bottles for our outings. However, overall a good stay and good location 👌 On a side note, there was a concert/birthday celebrations that went into the late hours of midnight which did stop us sleeping so it would have been nice to be aware of it.

Great location for our three days in Naples. Easy walk to the historic centre. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. Staff were all very friendly and helpful with restaurant suggestion and organising a taxi back to the airport. Good choice of breakfast food. Highly recommended

We chose Palazzo Caracciolo as our base for 4 nights while exploring the Amalfi Coast, Capri, Pompeii, Reggia di Caserta and, of course, a little of Naples itself. We stayed in a King Deluxe room, which was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and a good-sized shower. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was included in our room rate. The buffet was adequate - perhaps a little basic - but perfectly fine for getting you started for the day. The hotel is in a good location, and the building gives the impression of having once been a splendid palazzo, although some of that former grandeur has faded over the years. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and found it a convenient base for exploring the area. [Dates of stay: 30 April - 4 May 2026]

This hotel is in a good location as only 1km from the train station. The hotel is lovely and clean and beds are really comfortable, and staff are very friendly. Although we did pick this hotel as it offered as spa which we thought would be really nice to use after long days of lots of walking. Unfortunately this was out of action while we were there, which was a real disappointment. We were told to check each day if it was fixed, but each day we were told maybe tomorrow….

Location was great, car valet perfect, reception friendly & helpful. Room clean, bed comfortable. The disappointments, no complimentary bottled water, only instant DECAF coffee provided, and a loft style room layout. The bed was upstairs and a sitting area & bathroom downstairs. Not a fan.
