Unreal holiday! Hotel louro was extremley comfortable, the beds were so comfortable you didnt want to get up! Nice and quite too, lovely little balcony facing a road, but road was very quiet, pool was brilliant, often just us at the pool, my son my friend myself! We drunk wine by the pool and were fine about us vaping there too, the hotel breakfast wasnt great if im honest, i was the only one who would go down to breakfast because my son and friend could not eatit! This did let it down a tad, basic would have been overtstatement. Online the hotel says it has a bar...they do not have a bar..they have a wooden counter, beneath they stock a small supply of wine .mini bottles, the coffee at breakfast is lovely! There are small aspects of this hotel let it down, but of they changed these things it would really make a diiference as its beautiful, spotlessly clean! Thr staff are wonderful, really friendly too, especially Italian Lady Serena, really lovely lady.a fridge in rooms could hsvr made it alot easier and kettle and tea coffee in rooms would really make an amazing hotel!! Obidos village is stunning!! This place has won my heart! It was far better than I imagined! Happy people, great place to eat! Food was unreal!!! Im going back next year larger party.

Room review The room is small and old but good enough for a quick stop. Thin mattress, plenty of pillows. The receptionist is lovely and very helpful. Reception is open 24h a day. 10 minutes walk from the castle. Very good location and the pool is open 9am to 9pm. Complimentary breakfast. Elevator

Hotel is near city, only 5 minutes walk. Room was good, clean in spaceous. Breakfast was excellent. Parking is near the hotel and is free.

First, I have to talk about the place: it is perfect. Just a few minutes walk from the historic village where you can park your car and relax. The view of the villa is limited but it is a nice view of the valley. Rooms are cosy. Breakfast is ok... the coffee machine was not my preferred device but the food was nice.

A 3 star hotel but excellent location right by the castle and the cobbled town. Very comfortable rooms, great service, good breakfast. Beware the castle now not accessible as it is a hotel.

We booked five rooms for a group of 12 for one night. It is very conveniently located to the old walled city just a short walk. The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. I was in the quad room which was a little tight for four adults with just a couple of working outlets. Would be great for a family. Roosters woke us at about 3am. Breakfast was good, tasty cakes and other continental fare with eggs and bacon too.

Excellent hotel for overnight stay while traveling north. It is a basic hotel but clean. Breakfast is reasonable also and parking no problem

An old, simple but good hotel for one night. Very close to Obidos and free parking. The pool was cold mid september. Breakfast was simple but OK. Walls are very thin so if you love your partner make sure to do so in a quiet way.
