Google· 4 months agoThe Good: Location: Excellent. Staff & Cleanliness: The service was very friendly, and the rooms were perfectly clean. The Bad: Unbearable Heat: Staying in these rooms during hot temperatures borders on physical assault. There is no AC, the location of the rooms causes them to heat up extremely, and the windows don't close properly. Warm Minibar: Don't expect a cold drink; the minibar only holds warm beverages. Zero Goodwill: After suffering through 3 out of 5 nights in this sauna, we asked to cancel our remaining nights. They refused any goodwill refund and only offered us a free breakfast instead. Overpriced: Completely overpriced for the low quality of the stay. Conclusion: Despite the nice staff and prime location, the overall package is a complete disaster. We absolutely cannot recommend staying here during the warmer months

Google· a year agoFriendly staff. Good location: within walking distance of the center, but at the same time on a quiet street, everything is nearby. Room had a kettle, a refrigerator, it was clean enough. Good breakfast, there were some differences on the second day, we liked it, they make sure that the breakfast doesn't get boring. In addition, everything was tasty, the products are of quite good quality. The building is not very new, renovation would be appropriate. Because of this, the soundproofing in the room was weak. Bathroom was very, really very dark: only dim lights near the mirror worked, there was no general lighting. In general, good budget option in the very centre of Vienna.

Google· 10 months agoGood hotel near the city center. Good service but the breakfast was not really good , lack of products , poor choice. The room is clean and cosy but there is no balcony.

Google· a year agoHad a lovely stay here. I arrived late due to flight delays, but the front desk answered the door right away and patiently welcomed me, even showing me the city map and transportation options — and this was already past midnight! The room was excellent, with good soundproofing and a mini bar for storing food. A short walk to the metro. Highly recommended!

Tripadvisor· 2 years agoWe stopped here to visit the Christmas Markets in Vienna, and location wise it was perfect. |It's small hotel within 10 minutes walk of the town centre and the first of the markets. If you want to go further afield, the nearest tram stop is only 5 mins away, and the public transport is cheap and efficient.|The hotel itself is comfortable and the staff were so helpful and welcoming. The room was equipped with a mini bar and a small safe (couldn't fit my Ipad in it, but ok for keys/passports etc). Everywhere was clean and well presented, and the beds were comfortable. |Breakfast is a cold buffet style one, with a reasonable choice of food. There is no hot food, or anywhere to toast bread. |My only slight disappointment, was that there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Saying that, the hotel is very reasonably priced for its location. So if you are after a clean, warm and comfortable hotel to lay your head between wandering round this beautiful city, then I highly recommend this hotel.|If you want more modern/bigger or better facilities, then feel free to pay over double the price you'll pay here.|As a slight aside.....if you are going for the Christmas markets.....my favourite of all of them was the Spittelberg Market, which meanders through little side streets, and also has plenty of little local shops around as well. Out of all of them, I enjoyed this one the most.
