My stay at Green mountain hotel was nothing but exceptional, I’d like to extend my most gratitude to the amazing staff for making our stay so comfortable. A special thank you to Haroon for always being of assistance and his kindness. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and they provided us with toiletries for our stay. Upon arrival we had to wait a while for check in as our room was not ready straight away but to make up for this they gave us complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was buffet style and had many options to choose from both sweet and savoury, western and traditional. You can also get dinner here which we did, the chefs were fabulous and took great care in the food they made (food to order restaurant style) and the waiters were cheerful and extended great conversation. They had other amenities including an outdoor pool, a gym and an onsite convenience and souvenirs store. Everything was very well maintained. Overall we had a fabulous time here and would recommend this hotel for their quality service and comfortable rooms.

We stayed here for two nights as a couple before heading to Moshi and had a great experience. The staff was kind, helpful, and very professional. The hotel has a delicious restaurant and a convenient laundry service right next door. The location is also great, around 20 minutes from the gallery, restaurants, and ATMs. Highly recommended!

The facilities are nice, and the staff welcoming. The location is on a busy street but is gated and secure. Although we did not use the fitness facilities which included a sauna, steam room and pool, they looked very nice and well maintained. The restaurant was the highlight for us as they have an extensive a la carte menu and our server even suggested some authentic Tanzanian dishes that we ended up ordering, and they were delicious!

We stopped over from Mwanza during a road trip. We did not have a reservation but the reception was quite accommodating and booked us in without hassles and with a good BnB rate. Breakfast is great and has a fairly wide variety. The facilities; Gym, Steam, Sauna, and the Swimming Pool are complementary for hotel guests. I would be happy to stay there again. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful and forthcoming with information.

My husband and I are currently on our honeymoon, wrapping up our stay at Green Mountain Hotel after an unforgettable safari and climbing Mount Meru. After the physical demands of both adventures, this hotel was exactly what we needed! The food was absolutely delicious, and every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. Our room was incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax and recharge. We actually didn’t leave the hotel during our one-day stay because it was such a peaceful and enjoyable place to recover. One thing that really impressed us was the laundry service. We had the staff wash some of our clothes and shoes that had become extremely dirty from our safari and trek. They did an amazing job, and the price was very reasonable. Our red sneakers, which had been completely covered in safari dust and looked ruined, came back so clean they looked almost brand new! Thank you, Green Mountain Hotel, for making this stop of our honeymoon so relaxing and memorable. We highly recommend staying here, especially after a safari or mountain adventure!
