Decent hotel! Location is great. Easily accessible. The doors are huge to enable easy passage of wheelchairs. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful always. There is a swimming pool area within the hotel. The reception area is beautifully designed with a lot of paintings and sculptures that are spread around the hotel. The accomodation is pocket friendly. #Letsguide

Good hotel with average rated services the best attraction is Indian Restaurant. Rooms are average but look old fashioned. 9am-9pm Spy and Massage by Lotus Spa. Big size swimming pool however u need courage to dive in as climate of arusha is just too cold even in summer.

Extremely overpriced for the service. Breakfast includes stale bread and an array of other stale "pastries", dry and hard "pancakes" and supposedly French toast which actually tastes like what I'd imagine cardboard tastes like. The desk staff are extremely uninterested in working and you could be there for a good 5min before one of them looks up from - probably playing solitaire in the computer. The rooms are okay... If you're lucky you'll get the room without the rusty bathroom fittings. The overall look of the hotel is like something from the 80's - TACKY Two starts is only for the very ideal location - not in the center of the city and not too far from everything else

Awesome spacious rooms, nice African touch, modernized as they put it. The meal took longer than I expected and was not well prepared - maybe my choice was a wrong one. Generally, a nice & quiet place.

Impala is an old-time classic in Arusha, the vibe is elegant, but also dated. The pizza is delicious, however, to be fair, a bit overpriced in comparison to Mt. Meru Hotel. The pool is also great in the heat of the summer, I have seen big crowds having fun swimming on the weekends.

Impala hotel is one of the best hotel in Arusha. It is very old in age but still very beautiful and attractive. Their services are very good with Tanzanian hospitality. Many Europeans and Americans like to visit and stay here in impala hotel. There are different kinds of food including Italians, Tanzanian and other African foods. It is strategically located, not very far from town center. Also there shuttle buses to take guest around Arusha and to OR from Kilimanjaro International Airport (KIA)

Impala hotel is one of the best hotel in Arusha. It is very old in age but still very beautiful and attractive. The Impala hotel is perhaps not the best place to stay unless you have a large budget - there are cheaper and perfectly serviceable guestis closer to town. But it has one of the nicest indian restaurants in Arusha. Their services are very good with Tanzanian hospitality. Many Europeans and Americans like to visit and stay here in impala hotel. There are different kinds of food including Italians, Tanzanian and other African foods. It is strategically located, not very far from town center. Also there shuttle buses to take guest around Arusha and to OR from Kilimanjaro International Airport (KIA) Very good Indian food, finally I find vegetarian food after two days,
