We had booked an apartment in Colombo Sri Lanka from the 19th of April till the 2nd of May. Unfortunately, we spent only 1 night there. The apartment was filthy! the toilets were not clean and the beddings had not been changed in the master bedroom. There was a blood mark on the bedsheet and the pillows smelled as if they had been slept on. it was really disgusting for us. The toilet seat had marks as did the toilet itself. We had to pay double the price just so that we did not spend another night at your apartment. This is not the way it should be given out on air bnb there was dust everywhere and my daughter had to take the asthma puff multiple times. the aircon was so loud that she shifted to the single bed room in order to get some sleep on our first and only night there. I have pictures to prove this. We ended spending much more than what we anticipated for our trip due to incorrect information and pictures on the post on airbnb. Our family have used Airbnb to book multiple stays and you can read the reviews from every person we have stayed. I am not trying to pull a fast one here; this apartment was truly un stayable.

Our experiences at Platinum One Suites were amazing! First of all the staff is exceptionally kind and their hospitality is outstanding. The apartments are very clean and well cared for! We had all the amenities necessary and when we needed an ironing board it was delivered immediately to our room. The apartments are very spacious and can fit 5,6 and 4-bedroom ones even 8 people probably! Its great for big families, friend get-togethers and company trips! The gym and pool is very nice! And the sunset view... to die for! Make sure to dine at their restaurant and grab a drink! Also, the breakfast buffet is perfect! So many different foods to choose from and the chef will cater to all your needs! Really, what's not to love? Especially for the great price!

Well located, good, clean serviced apartments. The Apartments are furnished nicely and well maintained - except for Kitchen section which needs to be better organized. Room service was slow - approx timing given was always 20 mins although food always took close to 45 to arrive. The quality of food, however. was good. Kind friendly staff were always on hand eager to create a pleasant experience. Not much waiting time for the 2 lifts that catered to the building. Pool was under maintenance when I stayed; however the Residence made arrangements to use the pool at the Kingsbury Hotel. An overall pleasant stay.

Was there with my friends last weekend. Our booking was handled by the lovely Imaza. She gave us a free upgrade. She did everything to make sure our stay there was perfect. The rest of the staff was brilliant too. Would recommend this place to anyone. It’s clean, amazing location, and value for money. The pool is superb too. Thanks Platinum One and thanks a lot Imaza, you’re the best. Dishan G

We stayed here January 2019 when it was managed by and called Kingsbury residences. We stayed in a 3 bedroom ocean view, the room was nice for the price however service at reception etc. was virtually nil. Room service food was decent. |One night during our stay the neighboring unit was rented out by local residents for a very loud party which lasted till dawn. |We were not overly disturbed as we only used the two inner bedrooms, but if someone were sleeping in the third bedroom no sleep for sure! Hotel staff were not overly concerned, appears to be a standard affair. I would recommend they could zone out floors in which they allow parties and which they do not.

Nice place to get a drink by the pool. Friendly staff. You have to pay for the food and drinks first and then only it will be served. Hardly any waiting time. Quick service. You can choose indoor or outdoor. Only distraction was the giant screen on another building. But overall had a good time. Will be going again

Their rooms are the nicest I've ever been to in Sri Lanka. My family and I booked a 3-bedroom suite there for a very reasonable price, which actually had 3 bathrooms and a powder room (so we each had our own bathroom), and a very spacious living area. I would come back here if it's not too pricey ☺️. The staff are friendly and nice, though they seem short-staffed. It would be nice if their gym included cleaning (Lysol) wipes, for sanitary reasons. The breakfast buffet is very basic, but alright. Despite all this, I would recommend this place for a very comfortable stay at a very good location, in the heart of Colombo!
