Although dated, the apartments are in a fabulous position and was very clean, the exception being the bedroom carpet. We were a little disappointed that we were unable to sort both tv's into "normal" channels, only channel 9 we could view was via Adelaide!! unable to tune into any others and the shelf in the bedroom was in very bad position in quite a small room and served no purpose. Also, the lounge in the unit was VERY uncomfortable. |Despite this, our stay was lovely and the pool was beautiful, and Tina on reception was so very helpful, and she is such a friendly welcoming face.

Not much good to say about our stay unfortunately, we had very rude encounters with some Karen in “management” and another Karen in the underground car park regarding parking of my push bike. The first Karen said I wasn’t allowed to park my bike in the apartment so I relocated my bike to the underground park and sat it next to my vehicle but another Karen got up me for being “too close” to her passenger side, there’s really no pleasing these disgruntled elderly women. They were a real taint on the building; the rest of the staff and residents were just lovely. The main bedroom window handle broke on the first touch, the sliding door to the balcony fell off first slide (luckily we were able to re attach ourselves with no issues), the oven had no temperature gauge or timer, check in on Saturday was very difficult (communication was very poor and the after hours staff member had a very rude attitude). The two single beds were so hard and springy, and some of the pillows were atrocious (like sleeping with a napkin under your head). I honestly wouldn’t have left this bad of a review if we weren’t chewed out by “management” about a push bike. Safe to say I won’t be returning to the blue c ever again and will advise against it to friends and family. Not worth to money we paid.

Two bedroom unit we stayed in was shabby and in need of an up date. Great view ,stay away from the pub across the street ,otherwise great location. I was not impressed to receive a text prior to checking out reminding me to take out the garbage prior to checking out.

The view was more than I expected, fabulous! There was a problem with condensation in the bathroom, apparently because the floor below has their air conditioner set too high? Anyway, there was pooled water on the bathroom floor most of the time. It’s position makes up for any negativities. Could doneith a little spruce up.

We stayed Monday afternoon till Friday morning. The apartment was great, 6th floor, clean with beautiful views. Tuesday afternoon the fire alarm went off for about 10 - 15 minutes - extremely loud, then we saw the fire engine arrive and we were told to evacuate, evacuate over and over. We raced downstairs to the lobby and was told by the receptionist, very abruptly and rudely it’s a false alarm, no apologies nothing. That night we had no hot water, we phoned the after hours number and eventually a man came turned the hot water tap on and said it’s cold! There was no follow up the next day to make sure we had hot water. Wednesday afternoon a NBN man knocked on the door (we were not informed he was coming) said he needed to check something and went. 10 minutes later another knock and before we had a chance to open the door, he let himself in with his passkey. Thursday night and Friday morning again we had cold showers. Very disappointing, I complained but there was no face to face apologies by management, Tina apologised by phone, but that was all, everyday there was something wrong - it wasn’t the relaxing holiday we wanted.

The apartments are an amazing size and very clean. Close to the beach and town centre , staff are amazing and helpful. This is my 2nd time staying here and look forward to coming back soon . Well done Blue C

We had a wonderful time, would book again. We used the sauna and the kids loved the pool. We went during school weeks and had the place to ourselves.

The interior is quite dated and dirty with old stains on carpets, tiles in bathrooms stained, the bed was quite soft and the couch extremely hard. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the location was superb.
